第一次去西雅圖，他們的咖啡讓我有點失望。
第二次再去，在等上機和坐車的時間，做了點功課，找了幾家風評不錯的咖啡店。
其中一家，就是這家，隱身在派克市場的一幢老建築內，我當天走了兩圈才找到，因為連街上的招牌都沒有。這家是他們的創始店，早上9點多去，人真的多，剛好有人離開我才有位坐。他們的咖啡順滑，口感平衡，並不是西雅圖地道的苦澀味。
難怪有人說，這家是全西雅圖最好喝的咖啡（不過我覺得會再有另一家吧﹗）。
