STOP THE KILLING #THEVOICELESS
The government has recently issued a mass catching and culling of dogs that is on the street, the party involved in the catching of the animal has shown to use violent action and also unconventional ways to capture these dogs. The dogs that are captured would also include the ones that has been vaccinated (identified with double pvc chained collar) which worsen the situation because they are the best defence against rabies as territorial animal, dogs usually do not allow new or other dogs into their territory. Removing these vaccinated dogs create a vacuum effect allowing new batch of dogs to come in and they are usually not neutered or vaccinated against rabies.

政府最近展開了大規模捕捉和撲殺街頭的狗狗們，參與捕殺行動的一方已經表現出暴力舉動和非常規的方式去捕捉這些狗們。有些被捕抓的狗都已經接種疫苗（以雙重PVC項圈來確定）這使得情況更加惡化，因為它們是防治狂犬病的最佳防禦區動物，狗通常不允許新狗或其他的狗進入自己的領域。移除了這些接種疫苗的狗反而產生了清空效應，並使得新批次的狗進入而且它們大多數都不曾做絕育手術或接種過狂犬病疫苗。
