What I admire most about Georgia is that she says no unapologetically. No means no and she stands by her decision.

Even when she changes her mind (which is rarely), she does it because she wants to, not because of FOMO or that she wants to please us.

So many times in life, work and business, we agree to things half-heartedly because we don’t want to be seen as difficult. If you truly don’t mind something, that’s fine. But if your gut is telling you no and you say yes, that’s when internal struggles and anxiety begin.... simply because we don’t know how to say no.

We feel like we need to come up with excuses and explanation for refusing things. Guess what? We don’t.
.
What I’m trying to say is that dear friends, it perfectly acceptable to refuse something and say NO 🙅🏻♀️ like a strong-willed child. As Georgia says it - “No, I don’t want to.” Full stop.

It takes practise but it would come easily the more you say no to things that don’t serve you.
