夏天陽氣旺盛,養生之道在於消暑,不少人更着重防曬,進行戶外活動除了穿著防曬衣物、塗抹防曬霜,亦可靠食物進行內在美白療程,多進食含豐富維他命C的食物,例如奇異果、士多啤梨、番石榴、車厘子及木瓜等,有助預防黑斑形成及淡化黑色素。水果宜新鮮即切即食,因切後水果的維他命C與空氣接觸後會氧化而失去功效。
奇異果 — 性寒,有清熱生津、健脾、利尿作用,有助紓緩無胃口、消化不良、欲吐、痔瘡等症狀。注意女士脾胃虛寒容易腹瀉、有寒性痛經不宜多服。
士多啤梨 — 性寒,具消暑解熱、生津止渴、利咽潤肺及健脾胃功效。士多啤梨同時含有大量果膠及纖維,亦有暢便功效。但注意脾胃虛寒者勿吃。
番石榴 — 又名芭樂,性熱,具止瀉止痢功效,尤其適合容易反覆腹瀉、風寒濕痛者、高血壓及胃酸過多者食用;有收斂止瀉功效,便秘者不宜進食。由於性熱,多吃容易上火。
車厘子 — 又名櫻桃,性熱,具益氣健脾、祛風濕的功效,適合氣血虛弱、消化不良人士食用,但由於屬性溫熱,食用份量不宜過多,糖尿病患者不宜。
木瓜 — 性平,能健脾胃、幫助消化、消暑解渴,適合脾胃虛弱、容易胃脹不適人士服用,有助紓緩食慾下降、消化不良、胃部不適、產婦乳汁不多等症狀。注意孕婦不宜食用。

Five fruits to clear summer-heat and brighten complexion
During summer, the yang energy is exceptionally strong, and many people tend to focus on clearing the summer-heat and sun protection measures during this season.
Besides wearing sun protective clothing and putting on sunscreen, we can also eat ingredients that can help restore the radiance of our complexion. Consume foods that are high in vitamin C such as kiwi, strawberry, guava, cherry, and papaya to prevent dark spots from forming and reduce melanin.

Kiwis - cold in nature and can clear heat and promote fluid production, strengthen the spleen, and promote diuresis. It alleviates lack of appetite, indigestion, nausea, and hemorrhoids. Note that it is not suitable for ladies with asthenic spleen and stomach, prone to diarrhea and has cold type menstrual pain.
Strawberry - cold in nature, can relieve summer heat, promote diuresis and relieve thirst, relieve sore throat and moisten the lungs, as well as strengthen the spleen and stomach. Strawberries are also high in fibre and pectin and can help to relieve constipation. Note that those with asthenic cold spleen and stomach should avoid strawberries.
Guava - hot in nature, can help to relieve diarrhea, so it is suitable for those with chronic diarrhea, chronic pain due to cold wind and dampness, high blood pressure, and gastric hyperacidity. It is not suitable for those with constipation. Due to its hot nature, over-consumption can lead to excessive heat in the body.
Cherry - hot in nature, and can strengthen qi and stomach, dispel wind dampness. They are suitable for those with asthenic qi and blood, and those with indigestion. As they are warm in nature, avoid having too much and it is not suitable for those with diabetes.
Papaya - mild in nature, can strengthen the spleen and stomach, improve digestion and quench one’s thirst; is suitable for individuals with a weak spleen and stomach, and those who experience bloating. It can improve a person’s appetite, relieve indigestion and promote lactation. Pregnant women should avoid eating papaya.

This Japanese fruit sandwich is going to become my favourite for the whole summer!
This sandwich is normal just using two slices of bread and filled with whipped cream and fresh fruit.
But I used half whipped cream + half homeade vanilla yogurt to make the filling a bit lighter and no need to add extra sweetness. (so seems even healthier!)
The key is to place the fruit
symmetrically aligned with where you will be cutting when slicing the sandwiches in half. So that you can get a perfect cross-section of the fruit!

這個不但好看而且真的太好吃了啦,拜託大家跟著Yun一起來做一次。
每年幾乎都是差不多復活節(約是台灣的清明節)過後,我就會把優格機拿出來,開始以2-3周一罐的頻率產出自製優格。
這週採買食材時,也一併帶了罐鮮奶油回來,來做香草優格口味的水果三明治。

#超簡易作法
打發鮮奶油和自製優格以1:1的比例混合均勻。混合比例可以自己斟酌,搭配不同口味的優格,做出來的甜度也不同。我用的是 #香草口味優格粉,以1:1的比例製作出來的奶油優格糊,完全超級不甜喔!
#小技巧
比較需要注意的是加越多優格,奶油糊的質地會越流質。所以要把握好 #稠度 和 #低溫 兩大重點。
因為家中沒有保鮮膜已久,所以堆疊好的三明治,我是用 #無漂白烘焙紙 包起來後,放進冰箱冷藏。接著三明治包起來後記得用畫筆做上裁切方向的記號。

食用前再切開,冰冰涼涼的美好三明治就在眼前囉!

在台灣喝到好喝的飲料應該不難,不過要找到又好喝又健康的,應該不多!
最近被一位好友推薦了一家飲料:「斐萃光澤茶」。好友說這家飲料好喝,而且他們用的都是新鮮的果汁!
剛好今天行程在台北通化夜市附近,看到這家飲料店剛好也在附近,所以決定了跟一些好友們過去。
對這家店第一個印象就是:亮😂⋯他們家的店很搶眼,很好找,附近應該最亮的一家店!
透過店員的推薦,我們就點了五杯飲料:奶酪斐萃招牌奶、綠茶凍火龍果柳橙、皇爵英式伯爵歐蕾、芭樂檸檬綠、和光澤高山金萱茶!
1. 奶酪斐萃招牌奶:如果要用一個字來形容這杯奶茶就是「香」。充滿紅茶跟牛奶的香味。愛喝奶茶必喝的!很濃不過不會讓人覺得很膩的!
2. 綠茶凍火龍果柳橙:顏色好漂亮,不用擔心,他們用的是天然水果汁的。火龍果、柳橙融合起來很合理,加上他們有增加了綠茶果凍!喝一杯就很飽!減肥時的好選擇!
3. 皇爵英式伯爵歐蕾:聽到巧克力搭配茶,其實滿大問號的。哈哈。不過因為店員特別推薦這個,加上他們說這杯是用巧克力界LV之稱頂級品牌「weiss」!喝起來感覺真的好像在一個很高級五星級飯店會喝的飲料,很巧克力而且一點都不膩,很順口也不苦!
4. 芭樂檸檬綠:喝起來甜甜酸酸的!很喜歡!很適合去掉吃完太細膩的東西。夏天天氣熱時的好選擇!
5. 光澤高山金萱茶:喝起來很順口,而且茶香很濃,茶香在口中久久不散。
雖然他們都用天然新鮮的果汁跟巧克力界LV,不過價格都不貴,這樣五杯總共才355元😳

Everybody loves to drink beverages in taiwan. Beside good taste, beverages also need to be healthy. One of my friends recommended this one. They use natural juice as basic.
Me and my friends order 5 of their special.
1. Milk tea. Very dense so good
2. Dragon fruit and orange juice. So fresh and has green tea jelly on it
3. Chocolate tea. They use LV level chocolate “WEISS”. So high class beverage.
4. Guava lemon juice. So fresh. So suitable as summer beverage.
5. Wu long tea. Everybody who loves tea must try this one! Wont regret it

I came across a fried rice called “Not A Fried Rice” when dining at a Shanghainese restaurant one time. I was so intrigued by its name and wondered where the rice had gone in this “fried rice”. The magic revealed when it was served on table. The rice was replaced with cauliflower that was chopped very finely. The texture was like the real fried rice, but without the heaviness that ordinary fried rice would have and the drowsiness that came after when you had eaten too much carbs. I love the fact that by eating this “fried rice”, you can actually increase fibre intake a lot. Cauliflower is a very healthy food, which is under the category of cruciferous vegetables. Other vegetables in this category include broccoli, kale, arugula, cabbage etc. They all have anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer function.
We love to add fresh fruit to fried rice to bring more stimulations to our taste buds. I chose to add red pitaya this time. Not only because it can make the fried rice turn into a dazzling purple colour, but it also contains a very strong antioxidant called betalains that can slow down skin ageing!!
Red Pitaya “Fried Rice”
Recipe for 2 portions
Heura plant-based chicken (diced) half box
Cauliflower (finely chopped) half pc
Rice 1 bowl
Fresh corn kernels half pc
String beans (diced) half bowl
Red pitaya (diced) half pc
Minced ginger 2 tsp
Minced garlic 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Soy sauce to tase
1. Heat oil in a pan, pan-fry plant-based chicken until both sides turn golden brown. Set aside.
2. Slightly stir-fry corn and string beans until soften. Set aside.
3. Add cauliflower to pan, season with a little bit of salt. Stir-fry cauliflower until it becomes dry and crumbly.
4. Add a little oil, stir-fry garlic and ginger until aromatic.
5. Add rice and stir-fry it to loosen up. Once the rice turns a bit golden brown on the outside, add cauliflower, plant-based chicken, corn and string beans. Season with soy sauce.
6. Add red pitaya and turn off the heat. Mix all the ingredients well and serve.

曾經一次出街食飯的時候吃過一個名為「不是炒飯」的炒飯,最初真的很好奇究竟是用甚麼來炒這毎飯。上枱後發現原來是用椰菜花切碎扮成飯!吃的時候感覺很神奇,口感真的很像炒飯!但吃這個椰菜花炒飯卻沒有一般炒飯飽飽滯滯的感覺,亦不用怕因為吃得太多澱粉質而引致的「飯氣攻心」睡魔急call,同時纖維攝取量亦大大提升。當然椰菜花亦是非常健康的食物,它屬於十字花科蔬菜,同類的蔬菜包括西蘭花、羽衣甘藍、火箭菜、椰菜等,它們都具有抗炎和抗癌的功效。
炒飯很多是都會加入水果,令炒飯酸酸甜甜更開胃。今次選了紅肉的火龍果,煮好後整個炒飯會變成迷人的紫紅色,真是很靚!除了外貌吸引之外,最重要是紅肉火龍果含有的超強抗氧化物甜菜紅素,它可以減慢肌膚老化,愛美的你一定不能錯過。
火龍果美顏炒飯
二人份量
Heura 植物雞(切粒)半盒
椰菜花(切微粒)半個
飯 1碗
新鮮粟米粒(半條)
四季豆(切粒)半碗
紅肉火龍果 (切粒)半個
薑蓉 2茶匙
蒜蓉 2茶匙
鹽 適量
豉油 適量
1. 熱鑊下油,將植物雞煎至兩面金黃色,盛起備用。
2. 把粟米和四季豆下鑊略炒至軟身後盛起。
3. 椰菜花碎下鑊炒,加少許鹽調味,炒致乾身後盛起。
4. 下少許油,爆香薑蓉和蒜蓉。
5. 加入白飯炒散後,待飯面轉微微金黃色後,把椰菜花、植物雞、粟米和四季豆回鑊炒勻,加入豉油調味。
6. 最後下紅肉火龍果,熄火後炒勻,讓飯粒和椰菜粒沾上火龍果汁後便可上碟。
