The food at tfvsjs (談風 VS 再說) is creative, beautiful, and fun. Chef Sean Yuen, who formerly worked at Caprice, is the mastermind behind these dishes and he’s great. 中環蘭桂坊前陣子新開了一間有Live Band演奏爵士樂的時尚居酒屋：Silencio，餐廳以黑白金為主色調，貓兒特別喜歡坐吧台區，因為可以在品嚐美味料理之時，觀賞師傅認真做菜的過程；主廚Sean Mell曾待過紐約、夏威夷及香港Nobu，好手藝沒話說，人很熱情還特別健談風趣。
這晚貓兒從前菜到甜品共品嚐八道美食，從第一道番茄，新鮮酸甜的滋味就很開胃，依序上的煙燻油干魚及溫泉蛋沙拉也表現不俗，但最得貓兒青睞的則是三款不同部位之鮪魚卷伴法式鵝肝赤鯥握壽司～鮪魚片在嘴裡瞬間化開，跟粒粒分明的醋飯融合之後，口感亦昇華至另一境界；吉列和牛是另一道讓貓兒印象深刻的料理，烤得香酥的吐司夾著軟嫩和牛，一口咬下，香醇濃郁，十分過癮；以上料理可搭配不同風味的sake，真讓人忍不住一口接一口呢！

Silencio, a whole new contemporary izakaya featuring live jazz music has just opened in LKF, Central. I especially love to sit at bar because I can enjoy the delicious food while watching the chefs cook at the same time. Executive Chef Sean Mell who used to work at Nobu in New York, Hawaii and Hong Kong, is very charming and loves to share and interact with his customers.
For this evening, I’ve had eight dishes, and each one of them was tasty. Fifty shades of tuna and french nigiri were especially my favourite. Tuna and akamutsu fish melted in my mouth right away and went very well with the vinegared rice. Wagyu katsu tenderloin was another delicious dish that made me hungry for more. There are different kinds of sake for customers to choose from. It’s definitely a great place for friends to eat, hang out and enjoy the music.
