人生第一個105KM✅
因為一次飯局中嘅閒聊，開始左我呢個山系人生⛰
由細到大都冇諗過有一日自己會完成一個超過100KM嘅越野跑比賽，因為我從來都唔算係一個體能好好或者鍾意跑步嘅人更何況係跑山！所以到呢一刻我都唔係好相信我真係完成到。
首先要多謝 @barryhilson ，就係呢個人運動猛人撩我玩105KM山賽，我又不知死活咁一口應承😂。由第一日同我講去hiking原來係跑地獄孖崗山兩登，到比賽當日每隔一陣就講：「到啦！」「見到啦！」「吖咁快就到啦喎！」你依然都係冇句真！😂不過都係因為你嘅風趣幽默令我令大家冇咁易瞓着可以捱到最後。🙌🏻🤣

跟住要多謝 @nellylamlam @kkcanthony 係短短一個月時間每個星期都陪我練一轉長課，雖然比賽當日你地好早就拋棄左我🥲😂，但冇你地陪我訓練我一定完成唔到！🙂

同一班咁有毅力嘅但齊玩比賽，自己都即刻有毅力左💪🏼😂

玩呢個比賽其實仲有一個最大嘅意義，就係話俾大家知其實「食素」嘅人都可以完成105KM嘅越野跑比賽，食素係唔會冇力唔會冇營養，只係睇你識唔識得食，食得岩，一定會俾食肉更健康。仲可以放🐷🐮🐔🦆🐏🦢🦀🦞🦐🦑🐟一條生路🙏🏼讓佢哋平等地係呢個世界生存！🌏🙏🏼

When I was in the 5th grade of primary school, I went to South Korea with my family on the first plane of my life! I bought the first down coat in my life as well. At that time, I only knew I need to keep warm, and I never studied what down was!
