Today's dinner is brought to you by @siccsabah thank you so much for such an impressively delicious spread 😋. I can't stop WOWing while taking photos and videos. I hope they open for dine in soon. This spread is like having a really good buffet. Flavorful and appetizing. Smells good too.

🔹Ayam Percik with Nasi Ulam (Pic 1) - chicken is juicy, acar sayur is crunchy, nasi ulam is tasty, can get a bit dry when it's cold.
🔹Lamb Shoulder Sinalau Pinasakan Penampang (Pic 1) - Loveeeeee ❤️.
🔹Singapore Chili Crab (Pic 1) - Yummy 😋 this is one of my favorite, especially when you eat with mantou.
🔹Acar Ikan Nyonya (Pic 3) - This taste like sambal ikan with a bit of sweetness.
🔹Kambing Malbari Berkismis dan Gajus (Pic 1 & 2) - Tender meat 🥩 just look at it! How can u resist that?
🔹Sipitang Durian Cake (Pic 6) - If you're a durian lover, this is definitely a MUST try. Real durian in between the layers OMG! 🤤🤤🤤
🔹Pudding Diraja Pahang (Pic 5) - I have never tried this, but this is an interesting taste of pisang lemak manis, evaporated milk, prunes, candied cherries and nuts. Not too sweet, just nice, you have to eat it as a whole.
🔹Kek Lapis Betawi (Pic 7) - one of my favorite cakes to eat. Mum used to make these when I was younger, I remembered how tedious it was, this was a bit mild but tasty. Homemade too.
🔹Kuih Makmur (Pic 8) - wangiii bau kacang, melts in your mouth 👄 yumssss

Nasi kuning merupakan antara salah satu makanan tradisi Sabah. Jika di Semenanjung menu sarapan yang biasa dijumpa adalah Nasi Lemak manakala di Sabah Nasi Kuning. Selain sarapan pagi menu nasi kuning ini juga sesuai di buat makanan tengah hari mahupun malam.
Nasi Kuning Banjar terletak di Inanam Capital, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Bagaimana Cik iena jumpa restoran ni bukanlah dari google tapi dari kawan Cik iena. Semasa percutian kami di sabah, Cik iena pergi bersama rakan baik yang tinggal di Tawau, Sabah manakala Abang kepada rakan baik Cik iena tinggal di Kota Kinabalu. Jadi Lokasi Restoran Nasi Kuning Banjar ini adalah cadangan Abang Ben iaitu abang kepada AnnyNriana Suparman (mybff)

Sabah Bakery and Hospitality Expo 2019 was held on 22 - 24November, 2019 at ITCC Exhibition Hall from 10.00am to 8.00pm.
The said expo was organised by Sabah Confectionery and Bakery Association (SCABA).
The launching ceremony of the said exhibition was held on 22nd November, 2019 at 11.00am and officiated by Guest of Honor, State Minister of Agricultural and Food Industries, YB Datuk Junz Wong. In addition, welcoming speech was made by Organising Chairman, Mr. Collin Tan and also by the President, Mr. Peter Khoo.
SBNHE is the first bakery and hospitality exhibition held in East Malaysia which aims to invite individuals and companies to further understand this industry as well as making new bonds with suppliers of various companies. At the same time, it will enable participants of booths to showcase their branding and expanding clientele at the same time. To further boost the exhibition, the organiser also invited the International Federation of Chinese Bakery and Confectionery Association (Asia)as well to be as their guest. It will also further strengthen the economy.
The exhibition consist of various participants from different industries such as Bakery Machinery, Food Ingredients, Frozen and Dry Food, Sanitary and Packaging, Industrial/household cleaning chemical, F&B Software as well as others related to the food industries. Furthermore, it is an honour to the able to invite participants from countries such as China, Taiwan, Brunei, Indonesia and more. A total of 135 booths.
