還記得這首“愛的方法”誕生在去年疫情剛爆發的期間，
長這麼大好像從來沒有想過這樣的事情會發生。

寫完蟲洞這張專輯後我轉變蠻大的，
我不會定義為進化，我覺得比較像一種學習和探索自我，
讓我對很多事情容易調整觀點，
實際上是挺不錯的。

小時候家裡發生變故，
加上個性使然，一直以來利用負面的能量在成長，
用想要贏過別人的心來當作養分，
一步一步走到死胡同。

疫情的爆發加上媽媽的轉變，
讓我重新尋找活著的價值。

透過常常與自己對話和關心自己的心可以發現很多事，
像是歌詞裡講的好人病，
好人病是一個很嚴重的病，
好起來真的會讓你生不如死，
幫不到別人不要緊還弄得自己一身腥。

想想自己，
我跟大家一樣都喜歡贏，
最好一路贏到底，
但我更喜歡和平。

要追求真正的和平簡直是不可能的事，
唯一有機會可以做到的是心裡的和平。

正與邪真的不是二分法，
因為是人類，
因為從小看著人類長大，
模仿著在世界活著的規矩，
而變成為這樣的人類，
我們真的都敢定義行為是善或是惡嗎？

其實我們都不了解自己了，
哪裡還有時間去指著對方的鼻子說：你這樣是違反世界規則的！

既然如此是不是所有事情都又導向了先有雞還是先有蛋？
其實不是。

只要我們還擁有靈活大腦和一顆火燙的心，
很多事情都會不一樣的，
所以我每天都會檢討自己並且作出調整。

我以前很不喜歡肢體接觸，
從小就是這樣，我也不知道原因，
所以從沒有想過有一天，我會認為一個擁抱是最棒的和解。

我一直覺得當一個人誠心的給你一個擁抱，
你不只接受，也同等的給對方一個誠摯地擁抱，
同時，宇宙間微妙的事就發生了，
心裡會是平靜且豐足的。

我開始打開自己的心，重新去看待一切，
用心看待每一個對你的好，
也同樣認真的回應。

不要怕受傷，受傷是必然的，
最重要的是給予的感受，而不是回饋，
這才是真正的勇敢。

天地這麼大，也不是你做什麼事情別人都必須看見而且給你掌聲。
這些太夢幻了，我們得實際一點！
給自己掌聲！

我先分享一個跟你們有關的，
我的第一場演唱會Make It Real結束後，
是我第一次主動的擁抱每一個來看我演唱會的歌迷跟他們說謝謝。

《思源》專輯第三首：牆與橋

上次在紐約幾天朋友短聚，有人問我新專輯有沒有關於Francis的歌。我說：有一首咁多啦～～ 歌詞描述的細節當然有出入，感覺卻一樣。在世界斷了連接的時候，就靠音樂把我們連在一起吧。

昨天閒來無事在網路上閒晃 發現『我的心正為你這個中年翹臀燃燒著』被一個中國的獨立音樂獎提名了最佳團體和最佳作詞，入圍最佳作詞的歌是"真正的愛情"(最後分別輸給了萬青和陳昇)。

雖然不是很重要，不過很多樂評什麼都會特別提說過芭樂籽歌詞寫得很好，不過真的認真被拉了一個獎項寫出來好像還是第一次，而且還是選了"真正的愛情"，看來這個獎項的評審應該被愛情傷的很深，與他共勉之。

另外就是，其實我實體專輯"真正的愛情"裡面的歌詞是交了：
他乾杯了一杯威土忌 他是這樣跟我說的
我們說好要一起變老 但她希望自己永遠年輕
