Everywhere you go, everywhere you look, people these days are stressed out. And many reach to a point and sink into depression. Nowadays, yet is so common and it’s also getting serious.
Our children live in a hurry-up world of busy parents, school pressures, incessant lessons, video games, malls, and competitive sports. Maybe we don't think of these influences as stressful for our kids, but often they are. The bustling pace of our children's lives can have a profound effect on their innate joy.
I really want to spread kids yoga around because Yoga can help counter the stress experienced by little ones living in this hurry-up world.
This course is so meaningful for me, all the skills I learnt and most importantly, it taught me the way of how to love.
