Its important to drink 3 liters of water a day. Let’s try this combo
1. Lemon 🍋
- Cut 2 lemons into thin slices and add to a jug of water.
- Add some fresh mint leaves or thin ginger slices (optional)
2. Cucumber 🥒
- Peel and cut it into ½-inch slices and add to a jug of water.
- Immediately add ice cubes to prevent the cucumber slices from floating.
- Allow infusion process to take place overnight in the fridge.
- After drinking the infused water, you can even eat the cucumber slices if you like.
Note: Make sure to consume within a day.
3. Orange 🍊
- Peel and separate the segments and add to a jug of water.
- Add the juice of a lemon and a few mint leaves for added flavor.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
4. Watermelon 🍉 🎶
- Fill a jar with cool water.
- Cut watermelon into thick pieces and remove the seeds.
- Put the watermelon pieces in the jar.
- Add some basil leaves to add an amazing freshness.
- Keep the jar in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
- After drinking the infused water, you can also snack on the watermelon.
5. Pineapple 🍍
- Add 2 cups of pineapple cut into small pieces into a jug of water.
- Add some fresh, crushed mint leaves.
- Infuse in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight.
6. Green Tea 🍵
- Brew 1 to 2 cups of green tea and allow it to cool.
- Put the green tea in an ice 🧊 cube tray and freeze.
- Pour cool water into a jar and add some mint leaves or thin ginger slices.
- Allow to refrigerator for a couple of hours.
- When you need to drink water, fill ¾ of a glass with water from the jar, 2 cubes of green tea and a little lemon juice to a glass.
7. Blueberries 🫐
- Add 2 cups of slightly crushed blueberries to a jug of water.
- Place in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Strain, add crushed ice and pour this infused water into a tall glass and drink it.
8. Kiwi 🥝
- Peel a fresh kiwi and cut into thin slices.
- Put the slices and a few fresh mint leaves in a jug.
- Fill the jug to one-third of its volume with ice cubes.
- Pour in water to fill the rest of the jug and refrigerate.

我蠻喜歡 JR東日本大飯店台北-Hotel Metropolitan Premier Taipei 融合沈穩與綠意的大廳酒吧,取名「PLATFORM」(月台),我是蠻好奇裡頭是否有哪些個設計元素是要表達月台的概念,可惜這回沒能從隨機詢問的服務人員口中得到解答。
夜裡適合到這小酌,不過目前只開到晚上十點,夜才要微醺、結束的有些早是否。Menu 上調酒種類繁多也有趣,例如「驚悚系列」就有下面四款:

スイーツではなくて、なんと炒飯・・!?パイナップルの甘さがくせになる!

パイナップル炒飯
2人分
材料:
パイナップル 1個
サラダ油 (大さじ2+大さじ6)大さじ8
溶き卵 2個分
エビ 200g
にんにく(みじん切り) 3片
赤唐辛子(小口切り) 1個
玉ねぎ(みじん切り)1個
ごはん 400g
ミックスベジタブル 150g
ナンプラー 大さじ1
ライム汁 1個分
ネギ(小口切り) 2本
作り方:
1. パイナップルを縦半分に切る。
2. 包丁の先を使い、皮に沿って切り目を一周入れる。
3. 格子状に切り込みを入れ、実をくり抜く。芯は取り除く。
4. 中華鍋にサラダ油大さじ2を入れ、中火で熱す。溶き卵を流し込み、炒める。
5. エビを加え、火が通るまで炒める。一度エビと卵を中華鍋から取り出す。
6. 再び中華鍋を熱し、サラダ油を大さじ6入れる。にんにく(みじん切り)、赤唐辛子(小口切り)、玉ねぎ(みじん切り)を入れ、香りが立つまで炒める。
7. ご飯とミックスベジタブルを加え、よく混ぜながら炒める。
8. (5)を中華鍋に戻し、ナンプラーを回しかける。(3)を入れ、全体を混ぜ合わせる。
9. くり抜いたパイナップルに盛り付け、ライム汁とネギをかけたら、完成!

Pineapple Fried Rice
for 2 servings
Ingredients:
1 pineapple
8 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 lb king prawn(200 g)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 red chili, finely diced
1 onion, finely chopped
1 3/4 cups rice(400 g), cooked
1 cup mixed vegetable(150 g)
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 lime, juiced
2 spring onions, finely chopped
Preparation:
1. Using a sharp knife carefully cut the pineapple in half lengthways.
2. Using the tip of a knife, cut around the edge of the pineapple being careful not to cut through the skin.
3. Slice down and across the pineapple flesh then scoop out the pineapple cubes with a spoon. Discard the core and set the flesh aside.
4. In a large wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over a medium heat. Fry the beaten eggs in a hot wok.
5. Once cooked, push the eggs to a side and add in the prawns to the other side.
6. Fry until the prawns are just cooked. Remove eggs and prawns from the wok and set aside.
7. Heat the wok until smoking hot and pour in 6 tablespoons of oil.
8. Add the garlic, chilli, and onion and stir until fragrant.
9. Add in the rice and vegetables, and fry until rice turns slightly brown and the veggies are thoroughly cooked.
10. Add the cooked eggs and prawns, add in the fish sauce and the prepared pineapple flesh and stir until everything is well mixed together.
11. Serve in the empty pineapple halves, along with some lime juice and spring onions.
12. Enjoy!

Since I am also a local Malaysian brand. I like to support local products from the local farmers, stores and brands. Today I have Ayam Kampung (village free range chicken) from Ah Lau @Ahlaufking the famous violinist @dennisviolin .. Very healthy looking chicken. Not much fat and affordable, NICE!
So I thought of sharing this recipe with you all. My Poh Poh used to make us stuffed mackerel fish, stuffed chicken and stuffed veggie, which I plan to show soon in the next IGTVs.
You need to prepare this a day ahead. Debone the chicken from the bottom up (by still keeping the whole chicken in shape, don't cut the body), marinate it overnight before you stuff the fillings the next day.
Ingredients :
. one whole chicken
MARINATION-
. 4 Cloves garlic
. lemon juice
. small piece galangal
. 3 tsp soya sauce
. black pepper
. ginger juice
- Grind them to a smooth paste -
FOR THE STUFFING-
. 1kg of minced chicken, it is also depending on the size of your chicken
. Cut spring onions
. Chop 1 big red onion
. Shredded carrot
. Green peas
. 2 cloves chopped garlic
. Sesame Oil
. Salt
. Black Pepper
. Pounded curry leaves
. Chopped coriander
-Mix them all up and leave overnight or at least few hours before using-
FOR ROASTING- You will need some oil or butter , baking paper, black pepper and Thyme.
FOR GARNISHING - use any type of vegetable, or fruits like berries and pineapple or orange.
You may also prepare a sauce of your choice to serve. I like to eat them with my own Mel's Kidnap Me Hot Sauce (you want to know how I make it?)
