Received a *private message learning about Anqi, the national record holder for freediving in Singapore, who is currently seeking some financial support to compete in the World Championships.
Generically, funding has always been tricky for athletes, and while NSAs are making strides to support athletes of all performance levels, these things take time. In the meanwhile athletes find their own ways supplement co-funding, to make ends meet or/and fund their dreams.
