Packaged in a nice pink box, these freshly baked thick cookies are the perfect treats for your cookie monster friends 😍
They are currently selling these flavours:
-Classic Chocolate Chip
-Triple Chocolate Cookie
-Red Velvet
-Pandan with Salted Gula Melaka Filling
-Miso White Chocolate Macadamia

Personal favourites would be both the ‘Miso White Chocolate Macadamia’ & ‘Pandan with Salted Gula Melaka Cookies’. These two flavours definitely stood out from the usual chocolate-flavoured cookies we see in store/online. Pandan + Gula Melaka are ingredients commonly used in making cakes rather than cookies, hence it’s really refreshing to see a Pandan flavoured levain-style cookie being made. Not forgetting the ‘Miso White Chocolate Macadamia’, the addition of Miso has definitely added a slight bold and salty component, rounding up the sweeter profiles. Miso has always been associated with savory dishes like soups, marinades and etc. What you may not have considered, is that Miso is really great when applied to sweet treats. Craving cookies so I made this quick and fast oats cookie from what I had in the fridge.

INGREDIENTS
* 1/4 cups butter, softened
* 1/2 cups honey
* 1/4 cups granulated sugar
* 1 egg
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
* 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional), 1and 1/2 cups Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
* 1/4 cup prunes
* 2 Tbs sunflower seeds (optional)
* 2 Tbs chocolate chips (optional)

前陣子又去了一趟 Costco 好市多，補了一些常買的食品雜貨 (▼ 點開看更多 Click to see more ▼)

然後就突然心血來潮，想說好像沒分享過我常在 Costco 買的東西，這次就來分享我常買的 Costco 商品；當然，全是全植物性、純素、無動物性製品的，介紹清單整理在下頭。
全部整理出來，才發現 Costco 還滿多純素 Vegan 產品的，而且後
來發現有漏掉一些，之後若有再買其它新的再一起分享。

你知道燕麥片有分傳統(Rolled Oats)與即食(Instant Oats)兩種嗎?

一開始看許多國外的燕麥食譜，發現食譜中用的燕麥片大多都為"Rolled Oats"，中文為「傳統燕麥片」，但有長期在買燕麥片的人，應該會發現在台灣的賣場或是超市，看到的燕麥片幾乎都是「即食燕麥片」"Instant Oats"。但是我覺得目前大部份的台灣人應該不會主動去看英文，至少我的家人與身邊的朋友都是如此，所以也因此可能就認為燕麥片只有一種而已，也因為這樣，才讓我有動機想要特別打這一篇，讓更多台灣人認識這兩種燕麥片的差別。

做過滿多次燕麥餅乾，味道大致上都不錯，但是總覺得之前做的餅乾口感都偏硬了些，這次終於試到這個目前覺得口感最棒的酥脆燕麥餅乾，而且它是全素的，無奶、無蛋，讓大部份的人都能享用!
