新當選第一件事係搵辦事處，因為有地址街坊先易搵到你。當年係選到即刻搵區內嘅地產鋪，唔好睇少細鋪佢地最熟街坊移動路線（因為佢哋本身就係街坊）。黃埔同多數私樓區一樣地鋪太貴，圍唔到皮，所以我要揀區外嘅商廈。我自己覺得要lift 到地，方便老友記上嚟，自己搬嘢開站都輕鬆啲，如果外面有牆可以貼嘢就更好啦~仲有如果孖區有合作開嘅可以joint office 有個照應，啲錢鬆動啲。
我見有議員係會揀啲細商場嘅鋪，自己帶多幾個人去現場睇環境，諗吓街坊角度會覺得點。
袁嘉蔚：留意返商場開放時間，對早晚站都有影響。
最強助理報料：屋邨舖可以睇區軒個post有教路，亦可以打去區議會秘書處搵佢哋幫手搵屋署房協租務負責人個電話，然後就自己瘋狂打去chur住問到有為止。
