It’s so happy to attend Niigata Sake Festival again trying over 200 sakes & chatting with sake brewery owners/reps to understand more about the different styles, from traditional ones to the innovative ones. Since I have decidophobia, it’s easier for me to try all than choose some styles that I like! 😆😆🍶 cheers!
