【厚揚げの南蛮漬け】
今日は、火を使わずに簡単にできて確実に美味しい『厚揚げの南蛮漬け』を作りました！今回もポン酢でお手軽にできる南蛮漬けのタレで、このタレのバランスが絶品で大好きな味わいです。以前鶏肉でも作った南蛮漬けですが、厚揚げで作るとトースターで焼くだけなのでフライパンいらずでかなり楽ちん！
私は冷蔵庫で冷やして食べるのが好きですが、時間がない時やお好みで温かいままでもOK！ぜひ暑い日にはこちらのレシピをお試しください！
〈材料〉２人分
厚揚げ 2枚
玉ねぎ 1/4個
ピーマン 1個
☆味ぽん 大さじ3
☆砂糖 大さじ1
☆ごま油 小さじ1

【Atsuage Nanbanzuke】
Today, I made "Atsuage Nanbanzuke" which is easy to make without using fire and is surely delicious! This time too, the sauce is pickled in Nanban, which can be easily made with ponzu sauce, and the balance of this sauce is exquisite and I love it. Nanbanzuke, which was made with chicken before, is quite easy without a frying pan because it is only baked with a toaster if it is made with thick fried toaster!
I like to chill it in the fridge and eat it, but when I don't have time or if I like it, I can keep it warm! Please try this recipe on a hot day!

2 thick fried tofu
1/4 onion
1 bell pepper
☆ 3 tablespoons of taste ponzu
☆ 1 tablespoon sugar
☆ 1 teaspoon of sesame oil

●ピーマン：4個[4 bell peppers]

●しいたけ：4個[4 shiitake mushrooms]

●水で薄めたあご出汁：200㏄[200 cc flying fish stock 4 times concentrated with water]
●酢：200cc[Vinegar 200cc]
●みりん：大さじ3杯[3 tablespoons mirin]
●お酒：大さじ3杯[3 tablespoons liquor]
●薄口醤油：大さじ2杯[2 tablespoons thin soy sauce]
●砂糖：大さじ4杯[4 tablespoons sugar]
●塩：小さじ1/2杯[1/2 teaspoon salt]
