南方氣候雖不會下雪,但這星期正值香港遇上寒流,這個大雪果然有點冷。以節氣而言,大雪來到就是進補的時候,可多吃屬性溫熱的食材以收溫補之效,如紅棗、桂圓、南瓜、羊肉、牛肉等等,然而滋補也要按體質,不能因應天氣一概而論。冬日宜吃暖,最重要還是少吃生冷及寒性食物,多吃溫暖食物為佳,早上選吃一碗暖粥,少一杯凍飲,多一碗暖呼呼的湯水,也可溫暖身心。
