其實香港各大商場每逢聖誕及新年也一定會有聖誕亮燈或農曆年開年儀式活動，大家都想辦法一早mark定一些有叫座力的明星出席，明星都知道只可以接一個商場的活動，而商場也要扭盡六壬，找一些正面和合家歡形象，又不能和同集團的其他商場有抵觸，又可以給觀眾新鮮感的，當然還要內地遊客認識，才能吸引到再多人流，節日做到丁財兩旺。
香港時代廣場歷史悠久，是香港十大商場之一，邀請明星時更加要費煞思量，除了看新聞性外也要兼顧電視台方面，有TVB 合約的藝人便不能接受 viu tv 及開電視訪問。Times Square 於2012年黃宗澤和胡杏兒當年以情侶檔一出，風頭一時無倆；2013年有宇宙最強甄子丹，絕對是國際級；2014年有師奶最愛的陳豪和初出道即走紅的吳千語，這個配搭非常穩陣；2015年的李嘉欣，網民直至今天也繼續無限改圖，值得恭喜；2016年有陳慧琳完全乎合各大超級名牌的品味；2017年的胡杏兒拿到金叵羅後秋天即𧩙下麟兒，同場好友鐘嘉欣產後首次復出亦群情洶湧；2018年的陳豪陳茵媺伉儷也是一個冇得輸的組合；2019年有影帝及最受歡迎男歌手古天樂，最當時得令的冠軍人馬，明星傳媒商場和各大客戶也皆大歡喜，今日各大報章的大篇幅報導也旗開得勝！預算講到最後還有吉日吉時是由商場去決定，需知道大家也是看同一本通勝擇日子時辰，我試過同一時段撞19個活動，那麼便要看看哪家手上的牌夠大了。
