This sandwich comes from the Chinese-Portuguese Cafe “Alves Café”. I love to sit outdoor when visiting here because there are few restaurants in Macau having such conditions to make you feel like sitting in a European cafe and you can even enjoy sunbathing while dining! You must order the unique “machine tea”! With the perfect ratio of milk and tea, it is super smoothy and aromatic. Occasionally meet Mak Mak, the Macao tourism mascot. 嚟到位於美獅美高梅嘅當代粵菜食府「淳」，坐喺呢個飽覽視博廣場嘅露天陽台度，一路探索茗茶嘅精髓一路嘆住美輪美奐嘅點心都咪話唔心擴神怡。咁多款美饌中我最偏心嘅手撕杏鮑菇同香酥紫薯炸鮮奶。前者呢個展現咗師傅嘅刀工造詣，杏鮑菇手切到針咁幼細，堆疊成一座金黃色嘅小山丘，每一絲都香脆鬆化。炸鮮奶披上由紫薯打造而成嘅外殻，脆而不堅，同滑溜嘅鮮奶內餡締造出截然不同嘅口感。你睇下為食嘅麥麥 @makmakmacao 滿意到，忍唔住捉住師傅影相添呀！

Siting on the balcony with a view of the spellbinding Spectacle, I enjoyed the essence of the premium teas and eye-catching dim sum at the contemporary Cantonese restaurant “Chun”.Among all those cuisines, I would to pick “crispy-fried shredded king oyster mushroom” and “crispy-fried milk coated with purple sweet potato” as my favourite. The oyster mushroom demonstrates the chef’s mastery of knives. For another cuisine, the fried milk is coated with purple sweet potato layer. It gives you a completely different texture from the soft and fresh milk and crispy outer layer. See how satisfied Mak Mak is. He even asked to photos pictures with the chef!
