The Portuguese egg tart in Macao is always my favourite dessert. It is not all egg tarts in Macau fit my taste but the one sold by this restaurant. I like this Portuguese egg tart especially when it is freshly baked. The crust is so crispy and flooded fully with the filling, which is extremely smooth. No wonder why even @mak mak brings friends here. Let’s see what he tried!

The oyster mushroom demonstrates the chef’s mastery of knives. For another cuisine, the fried milk is coated with purple sweet potato layer. It gives you a completely different texture from the soft and fresh milk and crispy outer layer. See how satisfied Mak Mak is. He even asked to photos pictures with the chef!

Staring at the cover of this classic "Company Sandwich”, I think all of you guys won’t be unfamiliar with it. This sandwich comes from the Chinese-Portuguese Cafe “Alves Café”. I love to sit outdoor when visiting here because there are few restaurants in Macau having such conditions to make you feel like sitting in a European cafe and you can even enjoy sunbathing while dining! You must order the unique “machine tea”! With the perfect ratio of milk and tea, it is super smoothy and aromatic. Occasionally meet Mak Mak, the Macao tourism mascot. Let me share a slice of the sandwich with it!
