La La Land是主理人Alan 最喜愛的電影之一，也造就了我們小城之魅系列影片中，一次比較特別的嘗試：我們把電影情節 La La Land 在映釀酒吧重現，並從而帶出酒吧內不少的隱藏電影元素，包括不少經典電影對白和彩蛋在店內，待大家發現。

Alan更是致力於推廣本地藝術事業，映釀酒吧就是一個專為本地舞台劇、戲劇、音樂表演而生的平台。

酒吧的飲食也一直為人所津津樂道。從出名已久口味眾多的雞翼，到罐頭雞尾酒、火鍋調酒等，都可以看得出主理人天馬行空的創造力。

正如門口的「一場釀造」霓虹燈所示，人生與酒，大致類似，無非是一個醞釀的過程。經過「映釀酒吧」的話，不如以酒為伴，一飲人生。

One particular theme of the Cinebrew Bar is “cinema”, and it is featured in the decorations around the bar. The the bar owner Alan prepared classic dialogues and Easter eggs from famous movies for you to discover. What is more, Alan is dedicated to promote local art by providing platforms to local stage shows, dramas and live music shows.

The food and beverages of the bar are famous in town. From chicken wings with various and special flavors, canned cocktails, hot pot cocktail, we can tell how creative the owner is.

Just like the neon sign in the front door says “a brewing”. Life just likes a brewing process. So when you pass by, why don’t you just step in, and drink your life away?

煎餃子 鍋貼 Pot Stickers Guotie dumplings. With the fanned out Layerings, in Japan they are better known as an almost poetic #羽根つき餃子 , which refers to its looks to spanned Bird feathers! But the interesting side to this story, is that many Hyatt Hotels in Asia or China actually carry a pedigree, especially with purchasing ingredients or recipes... Believe it or not, I have actually been to an array of them including Beijing 長安壹號 Made in China, all 4 of the Hyatts in Shanghai 🙈, Andaz Shanghai, 崇明島 Hyatt which is amazing. Obviously I just posted about the highly rated Grand Hyatt in Shenzhen too, and sometimes my numerous times to the ones in Hong Kong (Currently 4 hotels) & Macau, plus for some reason I have been visiting their other China Hyatt restaurants over the years.

So back to the point.. This 煎鍋貼 is actually a famous Staple food in their lineage of shops if u did noticed. Hyatt on the Bund Xindalu 新大陸 in Shanghai made the best version for me, and Grand Hyatt Shenzhen 1881 & also Macau's Grand Hyatt 滿堂彩 Beijing Kitchen also made good ones. Hong Kong's Shatin 18 is equally famous for this dish, and in fact I thought that this visit was the Best I have ever experienced here. (There was a Period when they also did a Sakura Prawns 桜海老 version too, Photo 3, but it is no longer on the menu as that was deemed to be difficult to Fry consistently by the kitchen after around 2017, and some of us foodies miss it). My lovely sushi meal at the 「Macau MGM 美高梅 , Rossio 🇲🇴 🇯🇵 」Pop up of the famous Ginza's Hakkoku #はっこく sushi ya. I came a little bit late as this Event is ending by the end of this week already.., so last Chance for everyone to come before it ends soon. MOP $1, 088 for 13 貫, a great price in reality and assured Quality.. MENU attached at the back.

Macau, China is home to unbelievable hidden gems found off the beaten path and in today's sunny day outdoor adventure I went hunting for them!

Beginning the day Macau side by the Science Museum and Kun Iam Statue I captured the beautiful sunrise by the secret coastline lookout right by the famous Macau landmarks.

The sunrise was perfect giving amazing pinks, purples and yellows, it made for a cinematic morning vlog indeed.

Next I hiked to the Grand Lisboa, here with a great photogenic view of the Macau Tower I took in the scenic view of Macau.

As the sun began to rise giving birth to a sunny day in Macau I travelled by bus taking a tour of Macau up to Coloane Village, Macau.

This vibrant local fishing village is perfect for nature lovers and those who want to go off the beaten path. Here you can find beautiful nature landscapes as well as old Portuguese buildings that are very instagrammable.

Macau Coloane is a great travel location in Macau filled with hikes, temples and great food.

In Coloane Village I hiked and walked around the local spots and discovered hidden gems along the way.

Near a temple I discovered an abandoned building in the forest, hidden from the crowds. Exploring this secret travel spot I then headed on to Coloane Coffee Cafe for breakfast.

At this local Cha Chan Teng I ate delicious Macau food and drank some great black coffee.

Next I began my hike up the mountains of Coloane, following an old hiking trail that now is overrun with nature and fallen trees.

However more on that adventure in part 2!

We continued our Taiwan travel adventure taking @UNI AIR to Penghu Taiwan. It was a very quick flight and we arrived in Magong City in Penghu in no time!

WE ATE TAIWANESE FOOD FEATURED ON THE NETFLIX SHOW “STREET FOOD”!

In this Chiayi Taiwan travel vlog we continued to explore Chiayi city. We had some delicious Hot Pot lunch and then got the chance to travel to the beautiful Museum of Ancient Taiwanese Tiles.

After exploring the historical side of Chiayi we travelled through Chiayi city to the famous Hinoki Village. Here at the first Creative Forest Park we toured around the amazing Japanese style buildings in stunning Chinese traditional dresses!

We then went off the beaten path to find a secret local Taiwanese street food found on the outskirts of Chiayi City. The Taiwan street food was delicious and we continued with Taiwan food as we adventured to Smart Fish!

Smart Fish is a very special restaurant in Chiayi, not only is it extremely popular with locals but was also featured on the Netflix show Street Food. We got the chance to try the very dish they showcased, Fish head soup. It was unbelievably good and a great experience to be where the Netflix show had filmed.
