Beautyexpo has a remarkable history of 17 years and global participation from countries across the world, gatherring beauty professionals, experts and key players from the beauty industry. *Beautyexpo 2018*, powered by Cosmoprof Asia will take place at *Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre* (KLCC) from *5 – 8 October 2018*. The pioneer in beauty tradeshow, Beautyexpo has the distinction of being the longest running and most established premier beauty event in Southeast Asia.

This exhibition brings together over 350 local and international exhibiting brands representing 30 countries, providing exhibitors with an ultimate networking platform to develop brand presence in the Malaysian beauty market. Last year, the show attracted 15,525 attendees from 47 countries including Canada, Hong Kong, Uzbekistan and Thailand.

This year, beautyexpo is working with MadMavericks to up their social media influence by bringing over a dozen digital influencers on a guided Tour of this amazing show! So glad to be a part of this Tour!

Learnt much more about the carefulness & diligent effort to ensure ?% of the products produced

Learning gained from the soap factory visit,
1️⃣. This new ? factory in June 2019 with new ? machines which fully automated can better improved ⬆️ the services to its customers ???
2️⃣. This has reduced ⬇️ the labour work & only required for 5️⃣ operators per production schedule
3️⃣. The output now increased ⬆️ to 15k soap bars per day vs 5k soap bars per day
4️⃣. This also ensure the quality with right balance ⚖️ of soap mix of each batches of production now
5️⃣. Also now able to offer a variety of soap shapes eg. bear ? , love ? etc. & sizes with the new ? machines of having 2 plodders built-in together

Learning gained from the cosmetics factory visit,
1️⃣. A separate dedicated factory for each production line now, its staff can now more focus on a specific line
2️⃣. This improves ⬆️ the staff knowledge & understanding about the production & gain benefits in long run
3️⃣. With new ? automatic filing machine in end 2018, the output has increased to 3k bottles per day (100ml & above) & 5k to 10k bottles per day (10 to 30ml) respectively
4️⃣. This has reduced ⬇️ the labour work & only required for 2️⃣ operators (5️⃣ operators before) per production schedule

So, in a summary, automation actually reduce ⬇️ the risk of human errors in both its soap & cosmetic productions

Each batch of production will be kept a sample each in its collection in case any complaints received, they can investigate & then provide feedbacks to its customers accordingly ??? Also as a go green supporter??, she ?? is impressed with the environmental friendly of these 2️⃣ companies in their production & packaging

She ?? has been the loyal user of Tanamera MY since this year CNY gathering when she got to know this brand much better from her butterfly ? project community & started to use their bar soap ??

Highly recommended & proud with this local Malaysian brand
