We are all seeking to be physically , mentally and emotionally healthy. I do yoga to find out what my body needs. Yoga definitely has the potential to turn your world better.
I believe that Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension, reduces inflammation, and promotes health and well being.
2020 definitely wasn’t easy for anyone and for me, it was even harder. When I lost my beloved dad, there was sadness inside me, like a little girl trapped inside me. I was hurting and alone. That year, I only remember the relationship with pain and trauma.
Each night, when I went on the mat and did my yoga flow, it was the only time I felt safe.
Time by time, day by day, Yoga is the royal path to healing, discovering one-self and transformation to be able to explore the better me and my won beauty therapy. We should embrace everyday and believe that you are worth loving. Simply just remember.
