#lesoukhk 香港少有的中東北非菜再加米芝蓮推介，決定要一戰這間異國餐廳。餐廳裝修設計都用上非常鮮明的顏色，帶有異國情調的氣氛，相當不錯。我約晚上 8點到餐廳，都差不多座無虛席，厲害😁
其實餐廳招牌菜是以羊，羊cheese 為主打，如果喜歡吃羊的朋友，一定不能錯喔！！
🔹Egyptian Mezze Platter $210 埃及拼盤：一個小吃拼盤有埃及麵包餅配羊乳酪，橄欖，摩洛哥豆蓉，茄子蓉等等，味道好特別，比較重香料味，可以一次過嘗試不同的特色小菜，值得一試👍👍👍
🔹Seabass Tagine $245 這是一個小尖塔形狀的熱鍋，北非菜特式。鍋裡有很大和厚身雪白的海鱸魚塊，質感滑嫩。鍋底內墊上了薯仔才將魚肉放上還放上兩片有小香豆的檸檬片。煮法很新鮮，味道、器具都充滿異國味道，很像身在中東一般😀😀😀
🔹Moroccan seafood paella $210 摩洛哥海鮮飯，都幾多海鮮🦐🦑🐚🐟飯是瘦長的，不知道是否有摩洛哥的味道，因為還沒到過摩洛哥，哈哈！整體不錯，海鮮汁都撈在飯中😋😋😋

The dinner began with some nice olives
I’m not an olive person but this is not overwhelming n it’s perfect as an appetiser
Tried one of the cocktails
Sandy strawberry
A very soothing feeling with the right amount of alcohol

Then we got the eggplant dip with the Nahm bread
Bread is well baked
Slightly crispy at the top
If the waiter hadn’t mention that it’s with eggplant
We would think it’s more like a smoked chicken with tomato
The onion added the right texture to the paste
Nice to pair it with white wine
The lamb stew was reli tender
Totally acceptable even for people who r not that into lamb
Don miss out the red sauce if u love to eat spicy
It’s reli hot
But did bring out the flavour of the lamb

Paella with seafood
Prawns n clams were fresh
N well cooked
But since Im an occasional vegetarian
It’s a bit salty for me
Although I still couldnt resist n finished the entire dish!

Will definitely visit again @ Le Souk
