Many of you have shown support and concerns about my injury this past month. ⭐️Just hit 23k followers... ⭐️ THANK YOU! 🎉🎉 Its crazy to think I was the kid in the corner quiet and shy. I always had a million questions but instead convinced myself what I had to say wouldn't be important enough. I used to be painfully introverted, self-conscious, and rejected others before they could reject me. I was never the cool kid, and would get picked on during recess. I was too afraid to play sports because it gave me anxiety. I never quite fit in and it left me feeling what I had to offer wasn't good enough. I'm proud to say as an adult in my 30's I have changed my perspective.
Those people who were harsh, mean and made me fear any type of social interaction are the ones that taught me the most about myself. They taught me how to be kind and genuine and to give with no expectations. They pushed me away which left me room to discover myself and I'm grateful for those darks times in my life that shaped who I am today.
Thank you for following me on this journey as I discover myself, my purpose, my feelings and who I was truly meant to be.🙏🏻💕

Off the cast now progressed to a boot after 4 weeks. This boot is heavier and a lot bulkier but at least I can take it off when I shower ☺️
I’m hoping for a faster healing time with @novothorsg red light therapy now that there’s direct exposure to the skin it should be more effective.
2 more weeks on crutches until the next x-ray! 🤞
