Congrats to Le39V Restaurant HK for its 2nd anniversary! Happy birthday! I’m also delighted to enjoy wine pairing dinner with 101/F gorgeous view to celebrate my birthday!🥰🥳🥂 The 5-course wine pairing menu is spectacular, with its signature Gillardeau oyster & Caviar Kristal Gold dishes that r always tasty. I love the Spider Crab with slow-cooked egg, which is super umami & it brings out more mineral notes when pairing with Sancerre white wine. 😋Another must-try dish is Roasted Pigeon with Japanese Grapes. It’s so juicy & tender & paired well with Hermitage red wine in bringing out more gamey notes! Save your stomach for desserts! I enjoyed Paris-Brest bday surprise a lot with rich nutty flavours. Pavlova & Soufflé r also very good! With panoramic Victoria Harbour View & my sis celebrating with me, I’m so happy & lucky! 🎂🥳🥰🥂
