🌱 How to start eating more whole food plant-based 🌱
After I made the post about being mostly whole food plant-based (WFPB), I received some questions from people who’d like to know how they can start doing that, too. I think it’s worth noting that when I started eating WFPB, it was already 11 years since I went vegetarian and 8 years since I went vegan. So for me, it was really about cutting out processed plant foods rather than cutting out any animal products. Here are some of the tips that have helped me:
1️⃣ Replace oil with water or vegetable broth when cooking.
2️⃣ Replace salt with miso, or if you have access, try salt substitute “Table Tasty.”
3️⃣ Replace sugar with date syrup when baking (search “date syrup” on NutritionFacts.org for recipe).
4️⃣ Replace refined grains with whole grains such as millets, quinoa, whole wheat noodles, etc.
5️⃣ Try not to have processed foods at home at all so you naturally wouldn’t eat them.
6️⃣ Try your best when you eat out, and if you really want that vegan chocolate cake topped with cream and packed with sugar...just enjoy it and don’t feel bad (I just had two pieces of an amazing vegan coconut strawberry cake last night). It’s really the day-to-day stuff you eat that counts.
7️⃣ Ask the restaurant to accommodate. For example, one of my favorite restaurants adds rice cakes to their spinach salad dish. I always ask them to take out the rice cakes and give me more spinach instead.
8️⃣ Find your favorite organic vegetable supplier and know where your food comes from. Talk to the people who grow your food. It may bring appreciation and make your meal prepping experience nicer, at least for me!
9️⃣ For more healthy recipes, check out the How Not to Die Cookbook and follow NutritionFacts.org for the latest science on evidence-based nutrition.
(This photo was taken a couple years ago when you could still do this thing called “enjoying summer in Europe”...and when I was maybe 10% chubbier and more tanned than now.)

Look at this stuff
Isn't it neat?
Wouldn't you think my collection's complete?
Wouldn't you think I'm the girl
The girl who has ev'rything?
Look at this trove
Treasures untold
How many wonders can one cavern hold?
Lookin' around here you'd think
(Sure) she's got everything
I've got gadgets and gizmos aplenty
I've got whozits and whatzits galore
(You want thingamabobs?
I got twenty)
But who cares?
No big deal
I want more
I want to be where the people are
I want to see
want to see 'em dancin'
Walkin' around on those
(Whad'ya call 'em?) oh - feet
Flippin' your fins you don't get too far
Legs are required for jumpin', dancin'
Strollin' along down a
(What's that word again?) street
Up where they walk
Up where they run
Up where they stay all day in the sun
Wanderin' free
Wish I could be
Part of that world
What would I give
If I could live
Outta these waters?
What would I pay
To spend a day
Warm on the sand?
Betcha on land
They understand
Bet they don't reprimand their daughters
Bright young women
Sick o' swimmin'
Ready to stand
And ready to know what the people know
Ask 'em my questions
And get some answers
What's a fire and why does it
(What's the word?) burn?
When's it my turn?
Wouldn't I love
Love to explore that shore above?
Out of the sea
Wish I could be
Part of that world

2、Kinda(有一點)模稜兩可,像個青少年
What achievements are you most proud of in your life?(你人生中最驕傲的成就為何?)你若回答:It’s kinda complicated.
3、Hate(怨恨)憤世嫉俗,危險人物
4、of course(當然)自以為是,不耐煩
So you’re looking for a position as a project manager….
5、Stuff like that(就那些事)邋遢隨意
Which part in management are you good at? You know – stuff like that.
I hope I can learn something new.
7、Fired(解雇)麻煩製造者
Why did you quit your last job? I didn’t quit. I was fired.
“I was let go.”
“My job was eliminated.”
“My position was outsourced”

Marina about China/HK’s situation:
China ~ is going to go to globalism - that’s what they say, and they are also going to have two riots, it’s going to be right in front of people’s faces. Chinese, they say, are not to be messed with. Their culture that are big in pride and when they are being attacked, they will fight, especially the section of Hong Kong because there was more opening, more freedom, more freedom of thinking, they were not suppressed. This is the reason why the stuff that is happening from Hong Kong, you don’t see in another region because the other regions were suppressed through the regime, whatever that was, Hong Kong was almost like a free-thinking, almost like England, and that’s why when you try to suppress the consciousness that was free, they’re much more aware of what’s really happening because of the information and this is the reason why it’s happening from there, from there, it’s going to be like a snowball for the entire country, it’s exposure and showing the pure evil of communism, socialism is not really socialism. it’s communism and fascism , those three are connected to each other, they say. And it’s just the “interlocking”, they are talking about interlocking bylaws that are implemented very sneakily they say in a governmental structure, not only through China, but including through the government of the US. And they say pay very close attention to California. because their “bylaws” that were interlocking with that type of regime, this was based on agendas for global control, this was not based on agenda for serenity and sovereignty to US. This was based on a global agenda. This bylaws - so anybody that looks at California, and what’s happening there, you’re going to see it.
we should watch her channel on her website - Freedom Awakening
The platform of the codes of the matrix are on track, the new modality of the increasing of the frequency already coming through the fields, so escalation will happen because the more the frequency is spinning in the quantum structure more people who is with balance or off balance is going to come information so don’t be surprised when you see all these fights that is happening and all these manipulation is happening because it’s somebody’s else’s survival even if it’s coming from completely different way of thinking. Again not a judgement for anybody but we should just be patient and do your research. Do research on Freedom Awakening in my sub channel of the Harmonic Reactor, there is a Freedom Awakening channel, scroll down, you are going to see it and one after the other your have proofs and the commentaries and whistleblowers that talk about stuff that I already know to be true from my reality, I do not post or support something that I am not already done. I post stuff that I am 100% sure that I got information on that already. Otherwise you will not see them posted.
Marina

What stuff are
you!”
-Where’s my stuff?
-Is that your stuff?
-Who took my stuff!
-What IS this stuff??
-That’s good stuff!
-What kind of stuff do you like to do?
-I don’t like that stuff.
.
例:
媽媽: “Your stuff is all over the house.”
媽媽: “Clean your stuff.”
女兒: “Wait a sec.”
If you don’t clean it right now, I’ll tell your dad about the jumbo
box of condoms you have under your bed.”
女兒: “I’ll take care of my stuff now!!!!”
.
例:
高雄女孩: “What is this white stuff?”
台北男孩: “This is dragon dandruff.”
LIAR! Dragons don’t have hair!”
台北男孩: “You got me. You’re really smart.”
高雄女孩: “Thanks…but really, what is this stuff?”
You should really wash your hair more.”
飽(I’m stuffed!!!)
stuff into某個地方 (stuff your socks into the bag [把襪子塞進包包裏]).
例: “Godzilla was so stuffed after eating three nuclear power plants, he
decided to leave the fourth nuclear power plant for MUTO.”
例: “The Taichung girl stuffed her face whenever she was angry.”
After stuffing two rolls of toilet paper in her bra, the girl was sad
to discover she was still an A-cup.”
The anteater is so stuffy, he only likes to talk about classical
literature and stocks.”
The Taipei basin is really stuffy, because too many dragons live here,
and they keep breathing fire.”
例: “Stuffing proves American food is the best food in the world.”
When Little Bi said American stuffing is the best in the world, the
zebras occupied his room until he said sorry.”
.
Get out of my room, zebras! 下課!
