How do you get kids to embrace the yoga life if they aren't having fun?

You tailor the practice to them. You make it accessible for kids by meeting them at their developmental level.
In education terminology, it's called working within their Zone of Proximal Development. Nobody ever said yoga HAS to be just asana (poses) in a quiet room!

If we want to share yoga with kids, you need to think of the big picture and the GOAL.
The goal is to help them feel peaceful, charitable, and connected.
.
We help kids reach that goal through various activities.
In a kid and family yoga class, you'll see dancing (joy), music (rhythm), games (cooperation), stories (philosophy and ethics), relaxing (bliss), and friendships (connection).

And yes, the big picture is always clear and reachable 💚
