🍞 You don't need to eliminate carbs from your diet. Reiterating: if the body is given a choice of carbs or fats, it will prefer carbs for fuel. No question, no debates. I get most of my carbs from fruits, veggies and whole grains. Ezekiel has been crowned as the go-to for fitness enthusiasts but any whole GRAIN bread will do just fine! You can find Ezekiel in the frozen food section @coldstoragesg but if you're on a budget just look at the label of a whole grain (not multigrain or wholemeal) bread and opt for that instead!

2 Slices of Ezekiel or Whole Grain Bread (I like the Evening Bread from SwissBake)
1 Egg + 1 Egg white
2 tablespoons of almond/coconut/cow milk
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
Toppings of your choice
Heat non stick pan
Mix eggs, milk and cinnamon in a bowl.
Soak bread in mixture for 15 secs on each side
Cook bread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden. Serve and enjoy 😊
