在這一場疫情的影響下,對我們大家的日常生活都造成影響!
相信病毒在短期內不會消失,我們只能習慣與病毒和平共存!
我們能做的就是保護好自己和保護他人把風險降到最低!所以我認為大家到健身房運動時還是必須要戴上口罩,還有就是手上隨時都拿著一瓶酒精消毒劑,再用器材之前其實可以先噴一噴酒精消毒劑在使用機器!
可能會造成大家比較麻煩,但在這非常時期大家可能就要辛苦一點!
因為如果我們不能改變環境,那我們只能改變自己的習慣!
運動本來就是健康的,所以在運動時我們應該提升自己的防護力,保護好自己保護好他人!

In all seriousness I recently went to get my heart checked out because I noticed something wasn’t quite right…
This made me get very anxious which as a result increased my heart rate even more when I had these concerns.
So to make sure everything was 100% I did a full heart check up at the doctors and luckily I was given the all clear 🙏
Apparently I was just super paranoid and had a little bit of anxiety which mentally made me think my heart was beating faster than usual 😅
But when I spoke to the doctor, he mentioned that some people he had seen have had certain health related issues that they have simply ignored for years , not got checked and then as a result suffered long term effects because they didn’t get checked out / treated sooner.
I don’t know why but in the last few years I’ve heard many really unfortunate stories about young people passing away due to health related issues that they had no awareness about…
I know somebody that had no previous health problems that sadly passed away in their sleep because it turned out they had something wrong with their heart..😞
So I suppose the point I am trying to make here ..is that you can’t put a price on your health. It’s probably the most important thing you can try and personally look after.
So even if you feel the slightest pain or if you feel like something isn’t quite right…don’t wait around and assume everything will be ok.
Just get checked out so that you can be reassured & also to make sure there is nothing wrong 🙏
Life is very short nowadays…and we should always try to live it to the fullest by being aware of our health!
Don’t take any chances 💪

【這種就是假的負能量:阿邦來示範】
接續上一篇貼文,來發個常見的正能量文。
這部影片應該較少人看過,是東奧前,Trimtex幫Kristian Blummenfelt(請叫我阿邦,不准叫我小胖)拍的影片。Trimtex則是一個北歐為主要市場的人身部品品牌。
這種典型的影片就會有一句像是...."training hard and push myself everyday is what I love doing....."
但要一個人真的每天重覆著訓練,一天又一天,一年又一年,最慘的是可能還練不出成績?那還是LOVE嗎?尤其影片後段約6:35處,他的右耳下方在出血,原以為是高海拔造成的耳氣壓傷?但往前推一點看,應該是不斷在耳垂紮針測血乳酸導致,不過流成這樣也挺嚇人的。
還有,阿邦提到他本來游泳練得好好的,成績也不錯,但他的教練告訴他,你不可能成為世界頂尖的泳者,所以他才轉三項的。正常人來說,這樣的轉換就很難,明明在自己領域已打下一片天,誰會想轉行呢?當然結果論來說,他是轉對了。

Cutty Sark is a range of blended Scotch whisky produced by La Martiniquaise. The whisky was created on 23 March 1923 as a product of Berry Bros. & Rudd, with the home of the blend considered to be at The Glenrothes distillery in the Speyside region of Scotland. The name comes from the River Clyde-built clipper ship Cutty Sark, whose name came from the Scots term "cutty-sark", the short shirt [skirt] prominently mentioned in the famous poem by Robert Burns, "Tam o' Shanter". The drawing of the clipper ship Cutty Sark on the label of the whisky bottles is a work of the Swedish artist Carl Georg August Wallin. He was a mariner painter, and this is probably his most famous ship painting. This drawing has been on the whisky bottles since 1955. The Tall Ships' Races for large sailing ships were originally known as The Cutty Sark Tall Ships' Races, under the terms of sponsorship by the whisky brand.

今天做這集的原因是我聽一個podcast聽到很生氣(他聽眾還不少喔),都2020年了,竟然還有人在推廣做什麼事情(他是說冰人呼吸)會讓你的身體變鹼,扭轉你身體的酸性,擺脫發炎。人不是燒杯,人體每個部位的酸鹼性不同,但就以流竄在全身上下的血液來說,大概是pH7.35-7.45之間,如果你因為這個所謂的冰人呼吸把你的身體變鹼先不管他說的是哪裡變鹼,以血液來說,只要超過7.45就是鹼中毒,低於7.35就是酸中毒,是要去看醫生的!!!然後他的podcast再跟你推廣說他創辦的這個線上課程,可以幫助你反轉自體免疫疾病等等。
像酸鹼學說這種東西,真的不是價值觀的問題,而是實實在在的偽科學,當然他的podcast也提到說類似像攝取微量營養素等等營養學的觀點,但這種人通常就是七分真話三分假話,披著科學的大旗,然後再跟你講有些東西科學沒有證實不代表它不存在.....這種人就會用「自身的經驗」告訴你他這樣做有效,所以你也來做等等。
