For our World Environment Virtual Cooking Show, Team #DVaromas shares some eco tips on saving the environment, one step at a time!

Despite the show running a bit late (I had some tech challenges before the start of the show), I had fun learning some baking tips from one of our customers Masita while making KILLER TOAST, ideas on modifying the PEANUT (ALMOND) BUTTER recipe over Cookidoo and finding sensible and practical ways cleaning your blade and mixing bowl from Aisyah after showing how to make FAST AND EASY BEE HOON using her "Tammy".

Thank you to sales advisors Aisyah Wahab (IG: @aisyah_thermomix), Ain & Rino (Ain Zarisascarf Muhd Nurrino Mohd Noor) and Masita (IG: @chetapetitetartlets for co-hosting the show with me today.

I did my first 𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄 stream over YouTube many years ago at surprise surprise... my #ikingazmigarden. I don’t even remember why Azmi and I decided to do it there at some ungodly hour - 5 am if I’m not mistaken? But we did it.

Fast forward to the recent RMO where my MANager @joelebosi and I started toying around with our equipment and began LIVE steaming from the comfort of our home office.

It started with just the phones and Go Pro and then Azmi said, “I hate the quality of this stream. Let’s try with my DSLRs”.

Every single night, till the day I delivered, Azmi had something he “hated” and was constantly tinkering and improving the setup - making me produce daily shows just so we could “test his theory out”.
.
So that is why when people ask me what equipment I’m using for our LIVE streams or how things are done, I seriously don’t have the answer to it as Azmi has been McGyvering it every-single-day while I menetek anak bongsu dia (on top of all the other stuff I do as a multiCEO of Home Ministry and more).

Today I planted my durian seeds. Hopefully it will germinate and I can plant it and random favourite spots or pass them as gifts.

The seeds my cousin Tiwin have during his wedding (door gifts) are blooming just fine too.

I love gardening ... even with the limited space I have in my cement jungle.

Yes! its live on Youtube, my best friend Wyomia and I conducted a DIY today and at the 11th hour, I managed to catch up with my friend from US who happened to be awake at that hour too!

1. DIY SANITIZER:

What you need:
2/3 cup Isopropyl Alchohol
1/3 cup Aloe Vera (omit if you don't have; I made mine from my aloe plant from my #IkingAzmiGarden)
1 tsp Jojoba Oil (Or any skin loving oil you have)
Thieves Essential Oil
(Other great alternatives are rosemary, lemon, clove, melaleuca, lavender, purification)

2. COUCH/UPHOLSTERY/CARPET CLEANER
1 capful of Thieves Household Cleaner
2-3 cups Baking Soda
5 Drops Lavender Essential Oil (or any other favourite EO you like)
