It has always been my lifelong dream to travel to Japan and pick up authentic ninja arts. This morning I had the great pleasure to study Iga Ryu Ninjutsu. In the two hour clinic, I picked up finer details to the katana, ninjato, blow gun and kusari-fundo. Also learnt ninja meditation techniques to overcome obstacles and calm the mind. Izou sensei is a great teacher and yes I finally know how to throw shuriken of all shapes and sizes! Pls pray for my competition tomorrow! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
