Been consistently fitting in @bodytonestudio work outs twice a week since Ramadhan started. I usually like to work out closer to buka puasa time so that I'm not dying of thirst for too long after a session

My trainer @azuanjeman669 usually designs a work out that is not too crazy for me. Ye lah, nanti pengsan lah Sis dibuatnya 🤣
