Just received my DNA test results🧬 which uncovered the secret of my body!
It‘s a very comprehensive report📖 that analysed my cancer & disease risk, optimal diet & nutrition, etc.
From diet, it’s said that I have increased needs for cruciferous vegetables🥬, this affects my body’s ability to remove harmful chemicals from body. By removing the harmful toxins, this will reduce my risk of developing certain cancers. It recommended me to increase my cruciferous vegetable intake, e.g. watercress & radish. .

For the next 28 days, I want you to:
1) Include at least 2 servings of soups everyday. You can either have it for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
2) Choose only low-calorie vegetable or broth based soupS. For instance chunky vegetables, pureed vegetables, clear chicken or beef broth.
3) Avoid cream-based soups especially those loaded with heavy cream, cheese and pasta.
4) Avoid instant can or powdered soup. Those soups tend to be high in calories, fat and sodium, which defeats the whole purpose of adding soups into your diet.
5) If possible, go for homemade soups. If you want to use ready soup stocks for convenience, then opt for the low sodium or low fat variety.

1) It’s very nutritious
You’re basically getting a good balance of protein, carbs and healthy fat all in one bowl. This gives you energy and keep you going for the entire day!

Please READ this box here for more info. It's the holiday season and perhaps you can't help yourself but to overindulge in the holiday feasts. Chances are, you might be feeling tired and bloated, due to the excess amount of sugar, refined carbs and salt that you have been munching through.
Excess refined sugar causes spikes in blood sugar, which means more cravings for sugary food; excess salt causes water retention and puffiness; and excess alcohol causes dehydration.
So, it's important for us to cleanse our body from the toxins that have built up over the weeks of holiday abuse. We won't be doing any extreme detox like going on a liquid diet for the next 3 days, because it's not needed. Instead we want to go on a "Light & Clean" Detox Plan for the next 2-3 days to:
1) Release Water Retention & Bloating
2) Rebalance Your Blood Sugar Level
3) Recharge Your Energy & Metabolism
This detox plan will be based on cutting out starchy carbs in order for your body to flush out the unneeded water rapidly. We will be eating a lot of plant based foods, protein and healthy fat instead. This is also suitable for vegan and vegetarian by making slight adjustments to the food.
