1st variation - personally like to curl my back so I get a little bit more of serratus recruitment while working on my overall upper and lower abs.

2nd variation - the beginner side kick through is another great way to work on the abs and upper body too!

For intermediate and advance, u can challenge yourself by picking the pace on the 1st exercise. Feel free to add on ankle weights even. But I’m sure u guys already know this 😆

For the 2nd one, you can perform it with one hand, alternating it as u go.
