G’day from Australia!

The iconic Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge take on a different energy after dark. Even after the sun sets, Sydney keeps moving - just like Singapore!

Singapore and Australia share much in common: our societies are open and diverse, our peoples are direct and practical, and we both want a peaceful and stable Asia Pacific.

Will be in Sydney over the next few days for the Singapore-Australia Leaders’ Summit, as well as the ASEAN-Australia Special Summit. We’ll be discussing the things we have in common, and moving our relationship forward. – LHL

No holiday is complete without at least one pretty sunset. Here is one from Utoro, a remote small town on the Shiretoko Peninsula. Shiretoko means “The end of the Mother Earth” in the Ainu language, and is the last stop of my trip. Flying back this evening. Looking forward to be home for Fathers’ Day! – LHL
