[Karē pan] is a really popular food or snack in Japan. Kare means Curry. Pan means Bread. This is Meatmen’s version of Japanese Curry Bun. Using ingredients which are readily available in your local supermarket, you can make this dish with ease anytime you want!

3) If someone who is not used to exercising on an empty stomach, they may feel hungry no matter what. Correct? (2:30)

CHICKEN BURGER
- 2 Chicken Breast, sliced
- 4 Butter Buns
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 tbsp. Olive oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- Salt & Pepper
Optional:
- Mayo & Ketchup
- Lettuce
- Tomato, sliced
Steps:
1) Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2) In a bowl, add in the flour.
3) In another bowl, mix together all the spices, salt & pepper and bread crumbs.
4) Then, pour the eggs into a large bowl and whisk just until the yolks and whites are blended.
5) Next, dip chicken pieces into the flour first, then coat with the egg and lastly coat with breadcrumb mixture.
6) Place the well-coated chicken pieces on the baking try layered with baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
SWEET POTATO FRIES
- 2 Sweet Potatoes, sliced
- 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Salt
Steps:
1) In a large bowl, mix together coconut oil, spices and salt.
2) Then add in sweet potato fries and toss to coat well.
3) Once the sweet potato fries are well coated, transfer the fries to baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
4) Once the chicken nuggets and fries are done, you can assemble the burgers the way you like with lettuce, tomato, mayo and ketchup.
