A dip bar definitely helps with strengthening the arms. Also I occasionally will ask coach for advices to fix my posture for dips. I still have issue with my lower back but I definitely feel changes for my right arm.

Still struggle to jump to handstand. Feels like need to strengthen it coz it still strains when doing back bending exercises. Doing breathing exercises also helps coz I struggle with this also.

Recently a lot of my friends (mostly guys) complain to me about their tight shoulders, which inhibit them from doing #backbend #handstand or simply keeping a good posture effectively.

While there are many ways to stretch the shoulders, this one - #gomukhasana - is one of my favourites. If you can’t bind the hands, just use a towel or a yoga belt, and gradually bring your hands closer. Try to keep the ribs in and torso upright.

While traditionally this pose is done with the legs crossed at the knees, it is also ok to do it while you knee on the ground or sit on a bolster or a yoga block, especially if you hips are super tight.
