#30daysofmakeup 002: Cut Crease Neon

Cut crease kinda Makeup have always terrifies me, mainly because I don’t have a deep socket to pull it off (hooded lids pain). However, the important thing here is to come up with something creative to overcome that fear, hence the neon to amp things up!
