My concept of self love was a little messed up.
It has been quite a journey getting to where I am now and I am learning to love myself a little more everyday.
Learning to say thank you to this body that has carried me through so much in the past decades.
Sometimes I still forget.
But at least I know I’m on the right path 🌈 ☀️
