可能因為疫情又起，最近收到很多人對於疫苗和感染的問題。
本人不是感染科醫生，所以大部分時候都會請網友們去找專家解惑；但有些基本的原則，還是可以跟大家分享：

1.如果沒有禁忌症，有機會打疫苗就接受吧！
2.打疫苗不代表你完全不可能被感染，但會減輕感染後發生重症的機率。
3.即使打過疫苗，有疑似COVID的症狀就應該主動篩檢。
4.請不要自己超英趕美，發明奇怪的疫苗打法！

身為早早打了疫苗後早早被感染也復原很久了的人，在此分享我的淺見。
這是一個艱難的時節，但請大家對現代的醫療水平有信心。照著專業建議來、多加注意健康就對了！

Although I am no infection specialist or vaccine expert, as someone with a medical degree and first-hand experience with breakthrough infection, here is some general advice:

1. If there’s no contraindications, get the vaccines when you have the chance.
2. Being vaccinated does not mean you are 100% free from infection. However, it’ll lower your chance of experiencing severe COVID symptoms.
3. Even if you’re vaccinated, go get tested when suspicious symptoms occur.
4. Do not invent your own vaccination schedules and rules!

I know this is a difficult time, but please have faith in modern medicine. Follow the professional recommendations, and take good care of yourself!

My God is So Big and Mighty

“At the end of twelve months he was walking in the royal palace of Babylon. The king spoke and said, Is not this great Babylon, which I have built for the royal dwelling place, by the might of my power and for the glory of my majesty? While the word was in the king’s mouth, a voice came from the sky, saying, “O king Nebuchadnezzar, to you it is spoken: The kingdom has departed from you. You shall be driven from men; and your dwelling shall be with the animals of the field. You shall be made to eat grass as oxen. Seven times shall pass over you, until you know that the Most High rules in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whomever he will.” This was fulfilled the same hour on Nebuchadnezzar. It is extremely sobering to think that this God that has a personal relationship with every believer, “rules in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whomever he will.”

God deals with major things like the rise and fall of kingdoms. He speaks to kings and yet He is also taking care of our lives, making sure that we have whatever we need.

Not even a cheap sparrow falls to the ground without Abba God noticing. He even knows the exact number of hairs on your head.

The one who sets up kings in the world also takes care of the birds, the flowers, the bees, and me. Wow! God’s power is so vast and His love for His creation is so deep and personal. The one who rules Heaven and earth is a good God.

“Behold, the nations are like a drop in a bucket, and are regarded as a speck of dust on a balance. Behold, he lifts up the islands like a very little thing. Lebanon is not sufficient to burn, nor its animals sufficient for a burnt offering. All the nations are like nothing before him. They are regarded by him as less than nothing, and vanity. To whom then will you liken God? Or what likeness will you compare to him?” (Isaiah‬ ‭40:15-18‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Abba God must be huge because in comparison to Him, the nations put together are just like a drop of water in a bucket.

Have you held a water droplet before and pondered how tiny it is?

It is amazing that someone so big and mighty is so gentle. He lifts up the microscopic-sized islands without destroying them.

If the nations together are like a speck of dust, imagine handling one island—it must be like the size of the smallest microorganism.

To a God like that, whatever you offer Him is intrinsically worthless. It is too tiny and useless to Him, but He does not despise what you give to Him sincerely.

“Yahweh appeared to him by the oaks of Mamre, as he sat in the tent door in the heat of the day. He lifted up his eyes and looked, and saw that three men stood opposite him. When he saw them, he ran to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself to the earth, and said, “My lord, if now I have found favor in your sight, please don’t go away from your servant. Now let a little water be fetched, wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree. I will get a morsel of bread so you can refresh your heart. When God took the form of a man and appeared to Abraham, Abraham was pleasantly surprised. He offered bread with water and the Lord accepted the humble offerings.

This huge, powerful God who promotes kings and sets up kingdoms, will not despise your heartfelt worship and acts of faith. Whatever you give to Him, He loves it even though they are intrinsically useless to Him.

Whatever challenge you may be facing now is insignificantly tiny as compared to your God. Have faith—you are much more value than many sparrows!

When I married my wife, I got a package of 4 children. Thank God. Which 2 of the 4 is a little special. Both aspergers. Another ADD another ADHD. It's most challenging to know it's okay? These kids before my presence, they are being pampered right. Pretty spoiled! All want, got it. Can't be told, must cry and snap. 3 men, a woman. At that time the eldest was 14 years old. The second 12 years old. Third 9 years old. Fourth of 6 years old girl.

First time entering the family, I've had a meeting done. With gangster style, long hair braids. I'm doing a LIVE FB meeting with children. In the meeting, I just entered the family, so follow my rules. I don't follow their rules.

At the beginning, many people who are nearest have started tripping and spreading stories, not saying that I will hit the kids. The swing bowl is right who reads people from this person's use.

Remember the early marriage, my wife always reminds me of me. If these kids promise anything they need to be fulfilled, they will cry badly and scream. Hard to persuade. Sometimes I want to break my breath and cry. The other one is ADHD if he cries, he can't be angry, he has to say it carefully. Because later he will be raging and coming hyper. The one who added is his own attitude. It's just his problem that he doesn't take the port. The eldest is the most pamper. Ask for whatever the confirmation gets. After that it's urgent to work.

My Rules :
* The oil should be lukewarm by slightly heating it.
* Dip fingers in the oil. Make a partition of your hair with your hand and apply the oil to the scalp.
* Do not just pour oil on the head. Use oil in adequate quantity only. Using too much oil will mean you’ll need to use more shampoo. Gently massage the scalp with your fingertips.
* Apply a little bit of oil on strands and tips also
* Never rub your hair with your palms as it can break. Massaging is essential as it improves blood circulation in your scalp area. You should massage your hair for 10 to 15 minutes.
