คุกกี้หมากรุกเป็นการนำคุกกี้เนยแบบเดิมๆ มาจัดเรียงให้เหมือนกับตารางหมากรุก เพื่อให้ดูน่าทานมากยิ่งขึ้น

วัตถุดิบคุกกี้หมากรุก Checker Board Cookie
สำหรับ 30 ชิ้น
เวลา 1 ชั่งโมง 30 นาที
1. เนยเค็ม 170 กรัม
2. น้ำตาลไอซิ่ง 155 กรัม
3. กลิ่นวานิลลา 1 ช้อนชา
4. ไข่แดง 3 ฟอง
5. แป้งเค้ก 310 กรัม
6. ผงโกโก้ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
7. ไข่ขาว 1 ฟอง
8. น้ำเปล่า 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
อุปกรณ์ที่ใช้
มีด ถาดอบ ชามผสม
วิธีทำคุกกี้หมากรุก Checker Board Cookie
1. อุ่นตาอบที่ 170 องศาเซลเซียส
2. ตีเนยให้พอแตกตัว ใส่น้ำตาลไอซิ่งลงไป ตีให้เข้ากัน
3. ค่อยๆใส่ไข่แดงลงไปทีละฟองและกลิ่นวานิลลา ตีต่อให้เข้ากัน
4. ใส่แป้งลงไป ตีให้เข้ากัน
5. นำส่วนผสมออกมานวดให้เข้ากัน แบ่งออกมาผสมผงโกโก้
6. นำมาห่อพลาสติกคลุมอาหารและนำไปแช่เย็นให้เซ็ตตัว
7. เมื่อเซ็ตแล้วนำเนื้อคุกกี้สีขาวมาตัดให้หนาประมาณ 6 มิลลิเมตร และตัดเป็นเส้นๆกว้างประมาณ 1 เซนติเมตร
8. ทำเหมือนกันทั้ง 2 สี
9. เมื่อได้แล้วนำมาวางเรียงสลับสีกันชั้นละ 4 เส้น ระหว่างรอยต่อให้ทาด้วยไขขาวผสมน้ำ
10. ทำจนครบทั้ง 4 ชั้น แล้วให้นำไปแช่เย็นให้เซ็ตตัว
11. นำคุกกี้ออกมาตัดหนาประมาณ 1 เซนติเมตร นำเข้าอบ 10-12 นาที
