In this video I speak some Japanese. My parents are my greatest motivation since they both live in Japan at the moment and I want to be able to converse comfortably when I visit them. In the video I hit my elbow so please excuse that...& another little blunder. But anyway, enjoy the video and please correct my mistakes if you can help!

Hello everyone! This is my first Japanese video. Nice to meet you! Firstly, my name is Lindie. I am a 19 year old South African. My hobby is learning foreign languages. On applications (called) Saito-san and Line, I have Japanese penpal friends, so I want to show them this video. My friends are really kind because they help me.
Since last year, I have been learning Japanese, but I have been a little busy so now learning Japanese is very difficult. But in any case, learning (languages) is really exciting, right? I want to go to Japan. Really want to. But now I can go to Japan! My father is a diplomat. In August my father, mother and brother moved to Tokyo. Now they live in Tokyo. I live alone in South Africa. But in December I will also go to Japan! I am so happy. *heartbeat sound*. Yes. Umm now I have a motivation for Japanese studying!
I am a graphic design student. *OW!* - i hit my elbow- Sorry! I'm okay. Hm. Well, I really like graphic design so when I am in Japan I want to go to art galleries with my mother. Yes. That's right. I also like music a lot. I like Sakanaction the most. So I want to see a Sakanaction concert and buy a CD in Japan. Sorry, sorry! (another awkward accident). Now I want to sh..sh..show you my Japanese books. Yes. This is a Korean book, but it is really good. It's a present (from) my boyfriend. This is also a Korean book but it's really cute! So good. This book... my American polyglot friend (Annie that's you!) also reads (drinks? reads) this book. Ah. Japanese! Difficult! But... thank you, everyone! Byebye!
