Obviously I have a lot of time in my hands so I made this video of a list of things you need for a blissful 14 days in quarantine 🏨 I arrived in 🇸🇬 from 🇬🇧 with three suitcases full, but there are only a few items I’ve been using on a daily basis...
Genuinely grateful for friends who have been checking up on me to make sure I haven’t gone mad and keeping me well-fed 🐮
Can’t wait to get moving again and go back to a normal routine! 🥳

👆🏼 STEP IT UP 👆🏼 “How many times do you train a week?” This is a question I get asked a lot and to be honest, since I teach cycling 10-12x a week, I rarely feel like I have any energy left to train on my own. 😞
However it’s so important to do more than just cardio. I make it a point to cross-train at least 1-2 times a week either weight training, boxing, yoga or Pilates. It’s also motivating when you have a supportive workout buddy to train with! 👯♀💪🏼💪🏼
