Tiffany&Co 耳熟能詳的經典品牌，在凱特的帶領下，ㄧㄧ頗析品牌的獨特魅力與堅持，如何造就如今不凡的珠寶品牌影響力。
其中提到，Tiffany&Co 最寶貴的資產，就是鑽石工匠們。
他們一輩子只做一件事：
就是打造切割完美的鑽石。
一輩子只做一件事，聽起來多麼不可思議。一輩子這麼長，不無聊嗎？不膩嗎？
但是，能無雜念專心只為把一件事情做到最完美，不停的磨練。我想這是職人所追求的最高境界，也何嘗不是一種自我超越。
畫圖也是，唯有專注不停的提升自我能力，超越昨天的自己。享受過程中的喜與樂，希望我也能如此。
