***《請大家多多注意！》***
這篇想說明一下關於今天發生的盜用我身分及利用作疑似詐騙事件，及想請大家以後多多注意，小心不要被假帳騙取個人資料的。

今早一起來就收到來自朋友及大家各方的通知&詢問訊息，內容都是關於一個疑似是我的身分的個人FB帳號。
**再次澄清，該帳號並不是我本人所開的帳號！！！**
該個人帳號是利用了近似本專頁的帳號所開的，而名稱及頭像照片都是用了我的。
本專頁的帳號為 siutaoCOS，而該帳號則用了siutaoC0S，把cos中的英文字「O」轉為了數字「0」以混淆視聽。
當時該假帳的一則貼文內容為一些奇怪的中文及請大家在一個奇怪網站填寫表格，而該網站也是用了本人的身分，內容疑似是想要詐騙大家的個人資料（包括信用卡資料）。
本人發現後已即時發出澄清及請大家幫忙檢舉的貼文（即今天下午本專頁、本人個帳、本人IG上所發表的）
該假冒帳號的擁有者看到後，來給本專頁發來了DM，還反問我為什麼要搞砸他，最後還發出惡言反罵我。及後，在大家幫忙檢舉期間，該假冒帳號卻把其帳號的貼文、轉帖通通刪除，把頭像等等的都全部換掉，想要逃過FB審查。而FB審查到現在還是堅持為該帳號沒有問題。

到這刻我也無能為力了😢
非常感謝大家一起幫忙檢舉該假冒帳號，雖然還沒能成功檢舉，但以此希望警惕一下大家要小心謹慎，防止被詐騙😭🙏🏻💦
此次事件中如果你有曾經把個資給了假冒帳號的話，建議請立刻更改相關資料/帳號，加強保安，防範被盜用該資料/帳號的可能。

This post will be describing the incident that has happened earlier today, and I would like everyone to be aware and not accidentally give away personal information to a fake account.

This morning when I woke up, I received notifications and questions from friends and everyone, regarding a Facebook account pretending to be mine. *I would like to remind everyone again that this account is not created by me!!!*
This account was recently created and used the same name and profile as my own. My page link is siutaoCOS, and this fake account used siutaoC0S, changing the capitalized [O] in the link name to the numeral [0] zero to befuddle everyone.

During that time, the account created a post that asked everyone to fill in their information in a suspicious website, which was created under a fake identity, attempting to scam personal and credit card information.
Upon discovery, I have posted clarifications and requested everyone to assist in reporting the post. My clarifications were posted on my page, Instagram and personal account.
The scammer messaged my page directly after my revealing that the account was a fake, and asked why I wanted to ruin him, and even harshly scolded me in return for no reason. After that, with the assistance of everyone, the scammer deleted all related information to the attempted scam and changed his profile and cover picture to avoid Facebook’s automated investigation system. In the end, Facebook declared that there was no issue with the scammer’s account.

At this point I was powerless to do anything. 😢
I would like to thank everyone’s efforts in reporting the account, and though it was not successful, I would like to take this opportunity to inform everyone to be aware, and not get scammed by impersonation efforts.😭🙏🏻💦
If by any chance you had filled in personal information or other information, please immediately change all passwords and information, and contact relevant agencies if necessary. This is to prevent misuse of your information and linked accounts.

*****I would also like to mention, that I would not randomly add friends into my personal account, unless it was a public notice, privately discussed or agreed upon.
(I would like everyone to understand that I need some personal space as well🙏🏻😢).
This is my only page on Facebook and I have no other pages!!! (The Singapore and Vietnam Fan Pages were approved by me, and they are not fake accounts or impersonators.)
Apart from direct sales, I will never request for information from anyone. This information from sales will not be disclosed to anyone else or to a third party! In the future, if anyone notices an impersonator or fake account, please help me to report them!😭🙏🏻******

【為什麼想讀這本書？】
　
在我今年讀過的書裡面，我特別喜歡《跨能致勝》這本談論跨領域通才的書。尤其是書中的這段話讓我印象深刻：「人是透過實際行動發覺可行性，例如不斷嘗試新鮮事物、建立嶄新網絡、尋覓全新典範」我們是從實踐認識自我，而不是透過理論。

《跨能致勝》的作者在書中也提到全球Top50的管理思想家艾米妮亞．伊貝拉（Herminia Ibarra）的觀點：「與其打造好高騖遠的計畫，不如找出可以迅速實踐的實驗。」這種先行動、後思考的想法引起了我的興趣，我接著去尋找了她曾經寫過的書。

伊貝拉在前一本著作《職業身分》（暫譯）裡面談到，她認為「了解自己」這件事，雖然常被大家當作改善工作和生活的關鍵，但實際上，「了解自己」是旅程結束時的獎勵，而不是旅程開始時的曙光。我們卻常常把這個順序搞反了。

很巧的是，伊貝拉的最新作品《破框能力》在今年被翻譯成了中文版，我當然是第一時間就去找來讀。
　
【這本書在說什麼？】
　
如果你想要成為一個優秀的領導者，突破自己既有的專業框架，《破框能力》這本書就是為你而寫。作者透過這本書說明「先行動、後思考」的做法，才是促成真正「改變」的關鍵。重點在於，你必須先改變自己的「外在行為」，然後才會改變自己的「內在認知」。

大多數的書，標榜著教你如何從起點（現在的自己）達到終點（未來的自己），但它們常常只是很簡單地，寫出了終點——理想中的優秀領導者——應該是什麼樣貌，然後教你一些很簡單的策略去計算差距，然後怎麼樣拉近距離。這本書卻反其道而行，作者認為最重要的，其實是這段轉變的「過程」。

在成為更優秀的領導者之前，你會遇到許多的困難和疑惑，甚至產生自我矛盾的心情。我們如何不被這些問題難倒？可以採取什麼樣的行動來克服？就是這本書在探討的主題。
　
【我的讀後心得整理】
　
我很認同作者說的，如果你光是待在原地思考，只是不停地反省自己為什麼沒辦法踏出舒適圈，你反而會永遠踏不出舒適圈。由於你現在能夠反省的，只是用自己「以前的經驗」在想事情，而且也只能用「現在的觀點」去思考未來的事情。所以，光是用舊的想法去思考，並不會造成任何改變。

如果要用一句話來說出這本書的核心精神，那就是「弄假直到成真」（Fake It until you make It.）。作者在書中用「由外而內」的概念來說明，如果你想要像一個領導者一樣思考，唯一的辦法就是先讓自己像一個領導者一樣行動。

我試著用一張圖把作者要傳達的核心訊息整理出來：從「現在的你」到「未來的你」之間，會經過一段長時間的「轉變」。進行這個轉變，需要三種由外而內的具體行動。然後，你可以在過程中，應用五種方法度過這段轉變。最後，接受未來的你可能跟原本自己期待的不太一樣。
　
【由外而內的具體行動】
　
當人們停留在原本的舒適圈的時候，會很難察覺哪些舊的習慣已經不再適用了。也很容易掉入一個陷阱，那就是自以為現在的所作所為，就是忠於自我的表現。在這個階段的你，無論怎麼思考，都很難跳出舊的框架。

因此，你必須直接採取行動，去體驗還有挑戰這個轉變，在這個過程中，新的想法才會被激發出來。然後你就能用這些新的想法，去修正自己的步調，思考未來的目標該如何調整。

在書中，作者提出了三種具體的行動，可以促成自己開始轉變：(1) 重新定義工作內容、(2) 發展人際關係網路、(3) 探索各面向的自己。以下，我特別挑出每個行動裡面，對我自己最具有啟發的觀念。
　
【啟發１：重新定義工作內容】
　
過去的成功會造成能力陷阱，你喜歡你的工作內容，就會做很多這樣的工作，然後越來越擅長。當你越把時間分配在擅長的事情上，就會花越少的時間去做其他的事情。久而久之，就要付出更多的代價去學習原本自己不擅長的東西。

研究指出，效率高的領導者行事曆上有大量的閒置時間，還有未安排的行程。效率低的領導者，反而讓自己的行事曆擠滿各種會議、出差與報告。然而，真正的領導者該做這四件事情：(1) 與不同的仁和團隊建立橋樑、(2) 做有遠見的事、(3) 提升影響力、(4) 將想法和個人經歷結合。

這也讓我意識到最近忙碌的狀態，該如何讓自己從行事曆中釋放更多的時間出來，重新聚焦在團隊策略性的事務上面。
　
【啟發２：發展人際關係網路】
　
如果你認為發展人際網路可以「自然而然」地發生，那你可能就落入了兩種盲點：(1) 「自戀的」：只喜歡與自己相似、意見相同的人相處；(2) 「懶惰的」：只想與同一部門和樓層的人相處，對於要花多一點心力才能接觸到的人們，顯得提不起勁。

另一種阻止你主動建立人際網路的障礙是來自內心。研究指出，越是成功的領導者，樂於主動建立人脈，因為他們相信自己本身能「提供價值」給別人。相反的，處於低職位的人，比較容易懷疑自己能貢獻的價值，在互利互惠的交流中，它們感覺更像「乞求者」，而非平行地位。

我也曾經覺得那些主動建立人脈的動作，看起來很像在利用他人，而且感覺不太真誠。但是不可否認的是，在某些情境下，人脈的重要性遠大於專業能力。我後來調整自己心態，在出擊的時候秉持著一種「從我的觀點提供資訊」以及「真誠表達感謝」的態度，就不會這麼不自在了。
　
【啟發３：探索各面向的自己】
　
作者給了我一個很棒的啟發，那就是我們時常自以為的「忠於自我」，往往只是「忠於以前的自己」。這也是讓許多人一直待在舒適圈，用這個理由安慰自己的原因。但是，真正的自我其實還包含了「未來的自己」，那個未來的模樣和可能性，是現在的你還無法預測到的。

也就是說，自以為忠於自我的陷阱，會阻礙你成為優秀的領導者。因為你覺得那個真實的「你」只是一個過去的自己。如果要拓展舒適圈、獲得進步，就必須擺脫這個過去的你。唯一的辦法，就是嘗試原本覺得不自然的新事情，在過程中，那個「真實」的自己才會嶄露出來。

我曾經在《安靜，就是力量》的書評分享過自己是個內向者，但我在結論裡寫到：「肯定且忠於自己的內向特質，但為了核心信念和志業，必須主動學習並運用舒適圈以外的技巧。」我仍不停嘗試著那些，讓內向的自己渾身不自在的事情：演講、主動攀談、分享故事。至於未來的自己會成為什麼模樣，以及還有哪些尚未發揮的潛力，就是最讓我著迷的事情。

你的身分——你是誰——不僅僅是有關於過去，而且還關乎未來的你會成為誰。
　
【轉變的循環階段】
　
這本書提供了許多具體的行動和策略，也強調了這個拓展舒適圈邁向轉變的過程，並非一夜之間就能完成的。這是一個需要長期堅持下去的過程，在過程中你會遭遇許多困難，碰到自我懷疑的複雜情緒，甚至會感覺整個生活陷入一團混亂。我們可以藉著認識這些轉變的階段，讓自己知道有沒有偏離軌道，該如何重新把焦點拉回來。
　
１．發現差異：「感受到你是誰、要成為什麼樣的人」之間的差異，加強第一步行動的緊迫感。
２．只加不減：增加新的角色和行為，但保持舊的。察覺新舊之間的差異，獲得進步的成就感。
３．混亂迷茫：你可能會退步，甚至恢復原狀。身邊的人可能會覺得「原本的你」就夠好了。
４．修正方向：回頭檢視舊目標，用這段期間的經驗進行反思，提出新目標。
５．內在化：繼續堅持改變，這些外在的改變就你的新身分，也代表你已經轉變成你想成為的樣子。
　
這個循環可以一直套用在不同的轉變上面。而且，每一次的轉變，都讓你漸漸地從別人眼裡「原本的你應該是這樣」的看法中釋放出來，這就是改變的過程讓人最有成就感的部分。
　
【後記：出一張嘴】
　
讀完《破框能力》這本書之後，讓我回想起，以前還是工程師的我，也曾經有過一種疑惑：「在我還不是一個主管的時候，我該表現得像一個主管的樣子嗎？」原本做技術、學專業，過得挺舒適的，那些做主管的嘴砲技能，看起來不好學、也不是我的本性。

直到有一位前輩提點了我，公司在乎的是你能提供的價值，如果你能提供的是一整個團隊的能量，才是真的了不起。因此，如果想要往上晉升管理職，就必須用主管的角度想事情，去練習那些主管該做的工作內容，而不是成天只鑽研技術，除非你未來完全不想走管理路線。

他接著說道：「一個主管有多成功，就是看他能用一張嘴巴，完成多少事情。」當初我還只是似懂非懂的樣子，也很懷疑這種說法，不就像是大家都很討厭的「出一張嘴」嗎？但是，透過跟這本書的對話，我產生了新的體會。

優秀領導者的工作內容，在於建立外部資源與內部團隊的橋樑，挪出時間培養遠見和擬定策略。主動建立人際網路，聆聽來自各領域不同的聲音，也貢獻自己的觀點和價值。將想法和個人經驗結合，傳達給更多的利害關係人。這一切，都需要動「嘴」。

原來，這張嘴，指的就是「影響力」。一個領導者有多成功，就是他能發揮的影響力有多大。讓我們弄假直到成真，突破既有的專業框架，成為一個更好的領導者，一個更好的自己。

看到Christopher Chen附在獨立觀察的連結，披露日本記者黑木亮著手調查東京知事小池百合子的埃及開羅大學學歴史，所以整理了文章一半的中英對照如下，另外一半預期周末整理好再另外貼新版。

大家可以比較東京知事和她的大貴人(埃及前副首相Dr Hatem)如何促使她主張她1976年確從埃及開羅大學畢業的做法。台灣媒體不敢報導此日本疑似假學歷的新聞，倒是刷了很多東京知事抗疫好棒棒的中文報導－想必是要洗嬰粉的腦「會做事就好了，學歷有什麼重要」哈哈😄⋯⋯

🔥偽造大學學位的指控困擾東京都知事小池百合子（Vol.4）
Allegations of fake university degree haunt Tokyo Governor Yuriko Koike (vol.4)

💥自從現任東京都知事小池百合子（Yuriko Koike）於1992年成為國會議員以來，一直有謠言流傳稱，小池百合子（Koike）文飾美化她的學歷。
Ever since the incumbent Governor of Tokyo, Yuriko Koike became a Member of Parliament in 1992, rumors have been circulating that Koike embellished her academic credentials.

小池聲稱自己曾自開羅大學畢業，但是如果以阿拉伯語為母語的人去聽她的阿拉伯語，那麼她公開身為開羅大學畢業生的學歷，似乎就顯得更加可疑了。
Koike claims to have graduated from Cairo University but if an Arabic speaker listens to her Arabic, her published academic credentials as a Cairo University graduate seems more than dubious.

[我有]強有力的證據可以證明她偽造學歷，例如由室友提供的證詞－有紀錄片可查的證詞；小池的自相矛盾的說法表明，儘管第一年不及格，她仍然在四年之內畢業，她的初階程度阿拉伯語，以及關於畢業論文的謊言，和她拒絕向東京都議會提交畢業文件的頑強行為。
There are strong evidence about her fake academic credentials such as testimony by the flatmate supported by documentary evidence, Koike's self-contradictory statement in her book to have graduated in four years despite failing her first year, her rudimentary Arabic, her lie about the graduation thesis and her stubbornness in refusing to submit her graduation documents to the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly.

Feeling a sense of duty as someone who learnt Arabic and graduated from an Egyptian university (MA, Middle East Studies from the American University in Cairo), I decided to investigate the allegations. After two years of investigation, I could not find any evidence, nor even the slightest hint that Koike graduated from Cairo University.

Koike claims in her books and other places that she entered Cairo University as a first year student (freshman) in October 1972.

However, in the ""Fake CV"" the flatmate says, ""Koike entered Cairo University in October 1973 as a second year student.

「小池高興地對我說：“我父親先請當時的哈特姆博士，當時也是埃及副首相，還兼任文化和信息部長，依據我在關西學院大學－是一間日本兵庫縣的私立大學－所上課的幾個月[學程]，加上另外在開羅美國大學的上語言課程的幾個月，一起調整合併當成是我在開羅大學就讀的第一學年[學程時間]。」
Koike happily told me ‘My father asked Dr. Hatem, then Egypt's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Culture and Information, to swap my few months at Kwansei Gakuin University, a private university in Hyogo prefecture, and a few months at the language course at the American University in Cairo for the first year at Cairo University. ‘

This is apparently written in the flatmate’s letter to her mother in Japan dated 19 November 1972. According to the ""Fake CV"" most of her letters were dated and postmarked. If so, they will be admissible to court."

In the ""Fake CV"" another Japanese woman who was attending another university in Egypt at the time says she was surprised that Koike had transferred in the second year at Cairo University. Another Japanese graduate of Cairo University whom I interviewed also remembered that Koike had transferred to the second year."

However, strict rules are in place to transfer to Egypt's state universities, including Cairo University. In order to transfer, a student must have earned credits at another university with the same or similar content and number of hours as the Egyptian state university’s curriculum and must have earned a certain number of grades. This was confirmed to me by the Central Transfers Office of Cairo University.

例如，在2016-17學年，如果學生希望：
－轉學到工程或醫學學院，則必須從其他大學獲得至少imtiyaaz（優秀）成績。

In the case of the 2016-17 academic year, for example, students are required to have at least imtiyaaz (excellent) grade from other university if the student wishes to transfer to the Faculty of Engineering or Medicine and at least jaiid jiddan (very good) grade in the case of faculties of practical study and at least jaiid (good) grade for those of theoretical study.

The aforementioned journalist Dalia Shibel told me that ""In Egypt state universities and private universities are two completely different systems. Even if you study at the American University in Cairo for 10 years obtaining necessary credits, you have to start as a first year student in Cairo University. This is the law of our country"". Therefore it is totally impossible that a person like Koike who has not finished a year at another university (and has not earned any credits) would be allowed to transfer."

Koike only attended Kwansei Gakuin University for several months at most. CASA at the American University in Cairo where she learnt Arabic is just a language school and does not offer any credits or degrees. If, as some Japanese people point out, Koike actually transferred to the second year at Cairo University in 1973, that is nothing but a fraudulent transfer. That means she was not eligible for graduation from the beginning.

💥關於小池入學許可的問題並沒有得到答案

2019年，有51人因以慈善機構樂捐名義為幌子，賄賂美國一個組織而受到起訴，該組織通過提升名人和其他人的孩子的SAT（大學才能測驗）分數，以欺詐手段允許他們的子女因此能夠進入著名的大學。
In 2019, 51 people were prosecuted in the United States for paying bribes under the guise of charity to an organization that allows celebrities and others to increase their children's SAT (college aptitude test) scores and fraudulently admit them to prestigious universities.

其中一位女演員費利西蒂·霍夫曼（Felicity Huffman）曾出演電視劇《欲望師奶(台灣翻譯)》，被判處14天監禁，並於去年10月在加利福尼亞州的女性監獄中被監禁。 霍夫曼的女兒索菲亞（Sophia）尚未上大學，據報導他將重考SAT。
One of them, actress Felicity Huffman, who starred in the TV drama Desperate Housewives, was sentenced to 14 days in prison and was incarcerated last October in a women's prison in California. Huffman's daughter Sophia has not enrolled in college and is reported to be retaking the SAT.

斯坦福大學以’非合法入學申請’為由，開除一名中國學生，原因在於他的父母為了可以濫用體育贊助(入學)名額，使他得以註冊該校學習課程，向該(同一)組織支付了650萬美元。

On 6 October 1973, the October War (Yom Kippur War) broke out in Egypt. Egyptian and Syrian forces launched an attack on Israeli forces deployed in the Suez Canal and Golan Heights in an attempt to recapture territory occupied by Israel in the Six Day War (June War) in 1967.
