2月底回台灣到3月底，瘦了。
3月底馬來西亞封關所以繼續待在娘家到4月底，焦躁的開始澱粉，胖一點點。
4月底沒有直飛馬來西亞的班機，仍然待在台灣娘家到5月底，下巴大腿肚子開始明顯長大。
5月底到目前6月中確定7月跟著馬來西亞老伴和兩個孩子回馬來西亞，羞恥心終於抬頭，開始在每晚孩子睡後深蹲30下與瑜伽50分鐘，早餐有澱粉，午餐盡量不要澱粉，晚餐完全沒有澱粉。
其實，如果在馬來西亞的話，我可以瘦更快的，肉類加蔬菜燙一燙，沾辣椒醬就又飽又能瘦了⋯
重點來了，所以 Caren Kee 你那個爆單辣椒醬可以幫我留個6罐嗎？用2罐Rm20來算的話，我等下匯60令吉給你，要留給我喔，我認真想慘馬來西亞的辣椒醬和我低碳飲食的肉體，拜託！

Erm...never expect that I would actually back to Taiwan to visit my parents and family for so long, long till put on weight, hello, 4 months in total, although I feel blessed to have my parents and family who provide place for me, hubby and kids to stay for so long, food as well, but hey, food! The result of enjoying mom’s cooking for 4 months is really amaizing, I mean love but amaizingly fat!!!😂
So I start doing 50 minutes yoga and 30 squats after kids sleeping at night, hope this will help on shaping.
And well, if I could just do this in Malaysia, it’ll be much easier and not feeling hungry at all by eating water cooked vege and meats dipped with chili sauce made by my friend Caren, plus exercise everyday...hmm, so Caren, please save 6 cans of that always selling fast chili sauce for me, I mean 2 for rm20, with rm60 I’m able to lose lots of weight already😂, worthy and tasty right?

在馬來西亞兼職主持購物台已經發現自己克制力薄弱，回到台灣光是看著台灣的購物台，在將努力踩煞車的時候，馬爺（我老公）失守了，今天替我買了他覺得很好用很划算的眼霜之後，差點又淪陷下一檔的絲瓜可洗多功能紙巾（就是像廚房紙巾的東西），連大少爺都「哇～」聲不斷的說要買⋯🙄

雖說台灣購物台我踩煞車踩的不錯，但網路購物就輸得徹底了，在馬來西亞看到台灣網站的產品像韓版服飾，一件動不動就幾百馬幣，在台灣買根本就幾十塊馬幣，保養品化妝品也是，那些優惠和產品的多樣性根本摧毀我僅剩的一點理智，嗶！（髒話啦當然消音）

#默念買需要的不是想要的一萬次pls

Erm...I know I’m a easy persuading kinda person, spent quite a lot on TV shopping when I was guest hosting Astro Go Shop in Malaysia, and things goes worse since I come back to Taiwan, all TV and online shopping advertisements are even attractive to me, gosh! Even my hubby and 5 years old son are addicted to it🙄🤦‍♀️
Say, the Korean fashion wear is always over rm1xx in Malaysia, but when the same thing sold in Taiwan, it’s only rm30-50, how lah?!
Not to mention the skincare products and health supplements are strongly advertised with evidence cases shown and sell with value set and price🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
Argh!!! Stay home and stay safe,
Also, never forget to spend wisely on online shopping, spend on what I need instead of what I want. #reminder to myself!
