You are more likely to succeed when you have FUN in what you're doing.
As much as staying active is important, enjoying your workout is even more important. Exercising doesn't necessarily mean going to the gym, or doing the typical outdoor cardio, but rather, there are so many other fun ways to stay active such as dancing, hiking, kickboxing, playing a sport you enjoy, joining an adventure tour and more.
Working out doesn't have to be a chore, it should be fun! LIKE if you agree.

Something I truly enjoy includes pole dancing as it gives me a sense of freedom, builds strength & flexibility (something I've been struggling with), and I'm constantly challenged with new tricks.
