🔴MY REVIEW: I really liked this set. There are such a great way to smell the different fragrances. Well, Jo Malone has become my favorite fragrance. All of the scents were really nice. It is difficult to choose which perfume is the best, because each one has a unique smell. This size of 9ml is definitely suitable for travel and to carry in purse for whenever. English Pear & Freesia Cologne, it’s one of my favorite fragrances, this’s an intoxicating scent reminding me of summers in England countryside (Ribble Valley, Lancashire). It lasts all day and smells wonderful. Another scent I want to mention is Lime Basil & Mandarin Cologne. I have been wearing it as my daily cologne for about two weeks. It’s a light citrus that is pleasant but not obstrusive. A great daytime fragrance. Love it. Definitely recommend this COLOGNE COLLECTION SET.

🔴MY REVIEW: Smells wonderful. I always get so many compliments when I wear this cologne and it’s not overpowering. It’s light and airy with a pleasant scent. Love this brand colognes. They are subtle yet long lasting. Definitely recommend.

🔴MY REVIEW: The layers of scent are very summery, fresh and clean. This’s my new favorite scent. I can say with complete certainty, Jo Malone is a classy brand. It lasts all day, without being offensive in the late afternoon. Highly recommend.

Only a few people know that my favourite scents from @jomalonelondon is their English Pear & Freesia collection ✨ Bella dah lama dah guna Jo Malone London even before this and Bella suka sangat dgn the fresh scent of pears and white freesias.

Kalau korang tak familiar dgn Jo Malone London, Bella highly recommend to drop by any other stores to find your favourite scent. You can even pair scents so that you dapat your own unique combination ✨

山楂蘋果煲雪梨：

材料：
山楂250克
蘋果2個
雪梨6個
冰糖300克

處理：
1. 蘋果及雪梨，清水浸洗。
2. 出楂，清水浸洗10分鐘。
3. 山楂已浸了10分鐘，清水洗淨。
4. 蘋果洗乾淨，1開4，去芯。
5. 雪梨洗淨，1開4，去芯。
6. 冰糖，清水沖洗乾淨。
7. 所有材料放入煲，加入水4升。
8. 大火煲滾。
9. 滾起後，轉中慢火，煲20分鐘。
10. 冚蓋，再轉大火，煲滾，熄火，焗1晚。
11. 焗了1晚，倒入樽，放雪櫃，完成。

Apple pear sweet soup with hawthorn fruit:

Ingredients:
Hawthorn fruit 250g
Apples 2 Nos.
Pears 6 Nos.
Rock sugar 300g

Preparation:
1. Apples and pears, soak in tap water.
2. Hawthorn fruit, soak in tap water for 10 minutes.
3. Hawthorn fruit has already soaked in tap water for 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
4. Apples, get them rinsed. Each apple is to be divided into 4 shares. Remove cores.
5. Pears, get them rinsed. Each pear is to be divided into 4 shares. Remove cores.
6. Rock sugar, rinse thoroughly.
7. Put all ingredients into pot, add water 4L.
8. Boil up at high flame.
9. Turn to medium~low flame after boils up, boil for 20 minutes.
10. Cover up the pot, turn to high flame. Turn off fire after boils up. Leave it for 1 night.
11. Have already left it for a night. Pour into bottles. Put in refrigerator. Complete. Serve.

秋乾滋潤素湯
（雪梨蓮藕白茅根湯）

材料：
雪梨2個
蓮藕12兩
白茅根1兩
無花果4粒

處理：
1. 茅根，清水浸10分鐘。
2. 無花果，清水浸10分鐘。
3. 蓮藕，清水洗乾淨。
4. 茅根及無花果，清水沖洗乾淨，放入煲。
5. 蓮藕，去皮，切一舊舊，放入煲。
6. 雪梨，洗乾淨，去芯，放入煲。

烹調：
1. 在煲內加入水2升半至3升
2. 大火煲滾。
3. 滾起後，轉中慢火，煲1小時。
4. 完成，可享用。

Lotus root lalang grass rhizome soup with Chinese pears

Ingredients:
Chinese pears 2 Nos.
Lotus root 12 taels
Lalang grass rhizome 1 tael
Dried figs 4 Nos.

Preparation:
1. Lalang grass rhizome, soak in tap water for 10 minutes.
2. Dried figs, soak in tap water for 10 minutes.
3. Lotus root, rinse with tap water.
4. Lalang grass rhizome and dried figs, rinse with tap water. Put into pot.
5. Lotus root, get it peeled. Dice in cubes. Put into pot.
6. Chinese pears, get them rinsed. Remove cores. Put into pot.

Steps:
1. Fill the pot with water 2.5~3L.
2. Heat up at high flame.
3. Turn to medium~low flame after boils up. Boil for 1 hour.
4. Complete. Serve.

愛文芒雜果沙律：

材料：
愛文芒果2個
奇異果1個
啤梨2個
蘋果1個
大薯仔2個
雜果1罐（大）

處理：
1. 雜果擎乾糖水，放入雪櫃。
2. 薯仔洗淨，烚熟。
3. 其餘生果放雪櫃雪凍。
4. 薯仔烚好後，去皮，放雪櫃雪凍。
5. 所有材料，要放雪櫃雪2小時，抽乾水分。
6. 放雜果落玻璃盤。
7. 薯仔切粒。
8. 奇異果1開2，每邊1開4。
9. 雜果、薯仔及奇異果已放入玻璃盤，加入沙律醬撈勻。
10. 啤梨，去皮，去芯，切大粒，放入玻璃盤，撈勻。
11. 蘋果，批皮，去芯，切細粒，放入玻璃盤，加入沙律醬，撈勻。
12. 芒果刨去皮，切大粒，放入玻璃盤，加入沙律醬，撈勻，完成。

Mixed fruit salad with mango cultivar:

Ingredients:
Mango cultivars 2 Nos.
Kiwi 1 No.
Pears 2 Nos.
Apple 1 No.
Potatoes (big) 2 Nos.
Mixed fruits 1 can (large)

Preparation:
1. Mixed fruits, put in refrigerator with no syrup.
2. Rinse potatoes. Boil well.
3. All the fresh fruits are to be put into refrigerator.
4. Boil potatoes well. Put into refrigerator after peeling.
5. All ingredients are to be put in refrigerator to drain for 2 hours.
6. Put mixed fruit on glass ware.
7. Dice potatoes.
8. Kiwi is to be divided into 2 shares. Each share is to be divided into 4 cubes.
9. Mixed fruit, potatoes and kiwi have been put into glass ware. Mix well with salad sauce.
10. Pears, peel and remove core, cut into big pieces. Put into glass ware. Mix well.
11. Apples, peel and remove core. Dice into small cubes. Put into glass ware. Mix well with salad sauce.
12. Peel the mangoes. Cut into big cubes. Put into glass ware. Mix well. Serve.
