RESEPI BOMBOLINI
Bahan bahan
1/2 cawan susu segar / susu pekat manis tin (suam-suam kuku)
2 sb gula
1 sb yis
1sb baking powder
2 cawan tepung gandum
1/2 sk garam
1 sk esen vanila
1 biji telur
2 sb mentega (sejuk)
Cara-cara
1. Kacau gula dan yis di dalam susu segar/ tin suam dan biarkan sehingga yis kembang dan berbuih. Lebih kurang 15-20 minit.
2. Campurkan tepung, baking powder dengan garam, esen vanila dan telur. Pukul atau uli dengan tangan sehingga rata.
3. Masukkan susu tadi kedalam adunan tepung. Pukul atau uli sehingga sebati.
4. Masukkan mentega sejuk ke dalam adunan dan pukul lagi atau uli sehingga adunan tidak melekat di tangan.
5. Rehatkan adunan sehingga kembang 2 kali ganda lebih kurang 60 minit.
6. Setelah kembang, leperka. Adunan lebih kurang 1cm dan tekap bulat.
7. Biarkan doh kembang seketika.
8. Panaskan minyak dan goreng doh tadi sehingga garing. Minyak jangan terlalu panas kerana doh akan cepat rentung. Gunakan api sederhana kecil untuk menggoreng.
9. Terbalikkan doh setelah sebelahnya garing. Jangan terbalikkan banyak kali kerana ia akan menyerap minyak.
10. Angkat dan biarkan ia sejuk seketika.
11. Bila donut dah suam boleh golek golekkan atas gula castor dan cinnamon. Kemudian cucuk lubang dengan straw dan picit nutella dalam tu.

BOMBOLINI RECIPE
Ingredients of material

Ways of ways
1. Stir up sugar and yeast in fresh milk / warm cans and let the yeast grows and bubbly. About 15-20 minutes.
2. Mix flour, baking powder with salt, vanilla essence and egg. Hit or uli by hand to flat.
3. Put the milk into the flour mix. Hit or uli until it's mixed.
4. Put cold butter into the mix and hit again or again until the mix doesn't stick to the hand.
5. Rest the mix until it grows 2 times in about 60 minutes.
6. After flower, flat. The mix of about 1 cm and round tekap.
7. Let the dough grow for a while.
8. Heat up the oil and fry it until it's crispy. Don't be too hot because the oil will be charred quickly. Use a small simple fire to fry.
9. Reverse the doh after the side is crispy. Don't turn it upside down many times because it will absorb oil.
10. Lift up and let it cool for a while.
11. When the donut is warm you can put it on castor sugar and cinnamon. Then poke the hole with straws and pinch the nutella in there.

RESEPI DONUT / BOMBOLONI
Uli tangan atau mixer
250 g tepung roti
30 g gula kastor
25 g shortening
10 g marjerin
1 bj kuning telur
5 g yis bncuh dulu ngn sedikit air suam.kcau.
50 ml susu segar
Secubit garam
3g bread improver (sy guna magic improver)
Atau apa2 pelembut.
Air ikut kelembutan doh masing2
Cara bancuh
Masukkan bahan Kering
Tepung ,gula,garam,
marjerin, shortening, bread improver
Kemudian. Masukkan kuning telur, Susu Segar ,
Dan bancuhan yis.
Gaul Dan tambah air untuk lembut kn doh Tu
Adun sampai doh elastik licin tak melekat .
Rehatkan doh Tu
8 -10 minit
Kemudian canai doh Tu
Dan tekap dengan acuan donut .
Susun dlam Loyang. Perap doh biar kembang
Dan boleh goreng.
Buka api perlahan . Biar minyak betul panas baru masukkan doh donut
Siap goreng salut dengan gula kastor atau snow powder

DONUT / BOMBOLONY RECIPE
Uli hand or mixer

2 cawan air suam2 kuku (lebihkn sikit pon xpe)
4 sudu besar gula
4 sudu besarsusu
1 1/2 paket mauripan ** satukan bahan diatas dalam 10 minit, sementara tu buat adunan tepung
Bahan B:
1 kg tepung gandum
2 sudu kecil baking powder
2 sudu kecil garam
4 sudu besar marjerin ** satukan bahan B ( ramas ) sampai jadi macam serbuk roti....
** campurkan bahan A ke dlm bahan B dan stat menguli... Uli sampai adunan x lekat kat tangan, kalau adunan lembik blh tambah tepung sikit2...
** perap 1 jam
** lepas 1 jam tumbuk2 adunan utk keluarkan angin...
**lepas tu boleh la terap guna acuan donut
** goreng dengan api sederhana, pastikan minyak betul2 panas utk elak serap minyak... Tiada rahsia antara kita...😂😂😂 Ini lah resepi yg saya guna utk meniaga frozen kecil2an.

Material A:

Baked Donuts (No Yeast, Fluffy Moist Delicious Recipe)
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 30min
Number of servings: 12 5cm (2inch) donuts
Ingredients:
1 egg
3 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. whipping cream *milk is ok but heavy cream is delicious
a few drops of vanilla extract
4 tbsp. all purpose flour
4 tbsp. almond powder/flour *all purpose flour is ok
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. melted butter
powdered sugar to finish *if you like
2 tbsp. chocolate chips *if you like
Directions:
1. Mix egg and sugar in a bowl.
2. Add honey, whipping cream, and vanilla extract, then mix well.
3. Sift in flour, almond powder, and baking powder, then mix well.
4. Mix in melted butter. Add chocolate chips if you like.
5. Spoon the mixture (or using a piping bag is easy) into the mold up to 80% full.
6. Bake at 180C (350F) for 12~13 minutes.
7. Cool completely in the mold and push them out.
8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar to finish if you like.
