Watched Sailormoon Crystal Episode 1 today !
I've seen people commenting about it's a bit disappointing and how the older version is better but I'm just really glad to be able to watch the new version ~ <3
My first anime was Sailormoon and back then it's in Cantonese lol. My mum was the one who rented video tapes for me and besides Sailormoon , I watch Doraemon / Detective Conan / Crayon Shin Chan all in Cantonese too ! Because of this , I can understand Cantonese even before I can speak Mandarin or English lol. But now I can watch it in Japanese with ENG sub yayyy
What I like about the new Sailormoon anime : The backgrounds are somehow in a watercolor style ? I think it looks beautiful <3 The art style is very similar to Naoko Takeuchi sensei's , I love it that they keep it that way ~ (´∀｀)♡
Can't wait for new episodes !
