{IG Giveaway} "Soooo YUMMY!" was what the kids said when we had an afternoon tea and tucked into these lovely bakes from Jing.Bakes.
Angel loves the Valrhona chocolate cupcakes with dark chocolate ganache which are rich and creamy while Ariel prefers the Red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting which are light and moist.
Being chocolate lovers, we also love the Chunky Double Chocolate Cookies which come with a generous amount of delightful filling - we had the ones with Nutella and crunchy peanut butter. As for Asher, he loves the dark chocolate brownies which were fudgy and dense and he finished every last bit during his snack break in school.
As for me, I love the unique Ondeh Ondeh tarts which are just the right amount of sweet and highly addictive! Yup, I think I almost finished the whole jar on my own. Thanks to @jing.bakes for pampering us with all these yummylicious goodies!

If you have a sweet tooth, add your favorite chocolate treats to oomph this recipe instantly. You could even freeze the mixture & bake them when you have craving! Pretty fuss free & satisfaction guaranteed.
Rolled oats are loaded with antioxidants, quality carbohydrate & an excellent source for fiber. They are also convenient and versatile to be made into a meal for breakfast, teatime or even dinner - that are comforting & healthier to our waistlines.

余っていたスキッピィのピーナッツバターで爆速で作れるクッキーを焼きました。味はスキッピィのピーナッツバターそのものなのに食感がサクホロで不思議。お好みで粉砂糖を加えてください。かなり塩っぱいので。
*レシピ*(5センチ弱のクッキー 17枚)
スキッピィ ピーナッツバター クリーミーを使います。他のピーナッツバターを使う場合、ホイップタイプでないものを使ってください。
1.ピーナッツバターの重さを量る。今回、180gでした。
スキッピィ ピーナッツバターの容器は蓋も含め、340g入りが35g。462g入りは38gです。
2.1を常温にする。冷蔵庫から出したてのものは耐熱容器に移し替え、電子レンジで様子を見ながら加熱し柔らかくする。
3.ピーナッツバターの重さの23%分の重さの溶き卵を加え混ぜる。41g加えました。
180g✕23%=41.4g
お好みで甘くしたいときは卵と同量の粉砂糖を加えてください。砂糖を入れないとスキッピィの味そのままでかなりしょっぱい感じです。
4.柔らかすぎるときは一旦冷蔵庫に入れ少し硬くする。
5.1個 13gほどに丸め4.5センチほどに広げる。
6.180℃に予熱したオーブンで縁がうっすら色づく程度に20分ほど焼く。
7.しっかり冷ます。
8.でけた。焼けるときのピーナッツの香り、たまりません。
I baked cookies that can be made in a quick with leftover Skippy peanut butter.
They taste like Skippy peanut butter itself, but the texture is crunchy and crumbly.
You can add powdered sugar if you like. It's quite salty.
*recipe* (17 cookies, just under 5 cm in diameter)
Use Skippy Peanut Butter Creamy. If using another peanut butter, use one that is not the whipped type.
1.Weigh the peanut butter. (In this case, it was 180g.)
2.Bring (1) to room temperature.If it's hard just out of the fridge, transfer it to a heatproof container. Heat in the microwave to soften.
3.Add beaten egg weighing 23% of the weight of the peanut butter and mix.
(41g added.180g x 23% = 41.4g)
Add the same amount of powdered sugar as the eggs if you want it to be as sweet as you like. If you don't add the sugar, you'll get a quite salty taste.
4.If the dough is too soft, put it in the refrigerator to stiffen it up a bit.
5.Roll each one out to about 13g and spread it out to about 4.5cm.
6.Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 20 minutes until the edges are lightly colored.
7.Allow to cool completely.
8.Finished. I love the scent of peanuts while they're baking.

普段はパンに塗るピーナツバターもクッキーにするとバターなしでも十分にコクのあるうまいクッキーになります。
バターはバターでもピーナツバターのバターなので、パン売り場の近くに見つけられると思います。

【Ingredients】
1 Egg(Medium)
40g Brown Sugar
1 cup peanut butter ( crunchy)
50g Cake flour
【Directions】
Preheat oven to 338 °F/170℃.
①Mix together the egg and sugar and add peanut butter.
②Add the sifted flour and Mix.
(Don't mix too much.)
③Bake for 18 minutes at 338 °F/170℃ or until golden brown on the bottom and edges.
④Let sit for a moment to cool. Then enjoy!
【材料】
卵(M) 1個

ピーナツバター(クランチ) 180g
ピーナツバターとピーナツクリームは異なります、
必ずピーナツバターを使ってください。
薄力粉 50g
【作り方】
オーブンは170℃に予熱
①卵と砂糖をよく混ぜ合わせたら、ピーナツバターを加えて混ぜる。
②薄力粉を加えて混ぜる。
(粉を加えたら混ぜすぎない)
小さ目卵の時は薄力粉を少し減らして、大き目卵の時は少し足して
固さをみながら調整してください。
③170℃に温めたオーブンで18分ふちが焦げ茶色になるまで焼く
④オーブンからだしたらそのまま冷ます。
十分に冷ましてからお楽しみください^^
*卵の大きさによって加える薄力粉の量を微調整してもらえたらどんなサイズの卵でもok!
ただし薄力粉を加えた後は焼き上がり後が固くなってしまうので、必要以上に混ぜすぎないでください。
手で成形するときもあまりこねこねしない方がさっくりと焼き上がります。

你知道燕麥片有分傳統(Rolled Oats)與即食(Instant Oats)兩種嗎?
一開始看許多國外的燕麥食譜,發現食譜中用的燕麥片大多都為"Rolled Oats",中文為「傳統燕麥片」,但有長期在買燕麥片的人,應該會發現在台灣的賣場或是超市,看到的燕麥片幾乎都是「即食燕麥片」"Instant Oats"。但是我覺得目前大部份的台灣人應該不會主動去看英文,至少我的家人與身邊的朋友都是如此,所以也因此可能就認為燕麥片只有一種而已,也因為這樣,才讓我有動機想要特別打這一篇,讓更多台灣人認識這兩種燕麥片的差別。
